Staff was great. However, I was double billed by Booking and Hampton Inn. Took a lot of phone calls to get things straightened out. Was very stressful for me talking to both companies trying to figure out who was going to reimburse me. Finally the Hampton Inn staff said they would just reimburse me so I didn't have to deal with going back and forth between companies.

The room was cold when we came in. We turned the thermostat up but some time in the night it turned back down and the room was very cold through the night.

the woman that was “helping” me when I arrived was rude and monotone and had a attitude when I arrived because of someone else’s mistake. she was talking to me like I was incapable of paying for my stay and looked concerned because I am black! I had called prior to my arrival and the guy I spoke with was VERY NICE AND HELPFUL but when I arrived I did not receive the same treatment from whoever the woman was, she looked like the manager.

the scrambled eggs were done perfectly each morning.

bed covers were weird; could not adjust shower head; shower door was hard to slide on one side; television channel guide had to be requested, was not in room;

Great location, convenient to everything. Nice and quiet

The only downside was that two of my three daughters cut their toes in the pool. Not sure what it was, but the staff were super helpful and apologetic.

Rough pavement getting back there. A lot if creaks and sounds from elevator. Despite that could not hear from the room next to elevator. Good deadoning.

The manager went above and beyond to make sure out booking was secured. I made changes that hadn't registered with the property and she fixed it all. Very clean room and super friendly staff.

Nothing with the property but I was really unhappy this website didn't properly register my changes with the hotel.

Breakfast was always good! The choices of eggs and meats were pretty good. Alwayas well done. the fruits were always the same bananas and apples. (other varieties would have been appreciated, although I realize most people don't stay for six nights) The staff were helpful and concerned about my stay!

I understand most customers don't stay six nights in a row so they wouldn't have seen the lack of the ability of the cleaning staff to even pick up the towels and trash that were left outside doors for hours. All day the same dirty/wet towels laying outside the door. I stayed in room 117 and just couldn't help but feel the humidity in the room was caused by the carpet being very moist!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk advised us to use Uber to go downtown. It helped us avoid the hassle of driving, parking, etc. Great advice. The free breakfast was excellent! Hot food and a large menu.

Couldn’t turn of the AC. Showering in the tub was a little dangerous. Why don’t they just have showers? How many adults take a bath? Not many!

The staff always had a smile. Finally, someone who knows how to make an excellent strong coffee!

Housekeeping never set foot in my room even after a request to do so.
