This hotel provided a clean comfortable room that was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our dog and the receptionist greeted us and our dog warmly and noted that our poodle would find many friends staying at the hotel. And this was true. There were many pet-lovers staying in the hotel that night. The location was great - easy to find off the highway and surrounded by places to get a bite to eat or run some errands.

Unfortunately some of the pet owners didn't clean up after their pets and the grassy/landscaped areas around the hotel parking area were strewn with "landmines". This is not an issue with the hotel itself (and inside, the hotel was spotless.) But maybe placing a couple of poop-bag dispensers and receptacles would give guests the hint to be more considerate about cleaning up after their pups.

Sink was stopped up.☹️☹️☹️ The pool was absolutely filthy!!!☹️ We are a Christian family and it bothered us greatly to see three active prostitutes in the lobby and management was fully aware. We will NOT return!!☹️

check in was extremely fast and easy and the girl at the front desk was very friendly and nice. the room was a great size and very clean, and beds and pillows were very comfortable. it had a refrigerator and microwave, a good tv, good lighting and enough outlets, and was pretty quiet. air conditioning worked great and wasn't annoying to listen to. wifi worked well. there was no smell at all in the room, not even from cleaners or anything. this was the first time i have ever brought my own blankets and they didn't have a smell on them after leaving a hotel, so i was impressed by that. it is also very close and easy to get to kings island and food places.

the refrigerator made a lot of loud noises making it hard to sleep. i actually had to turn it off at night. there were a few small hairs from a man shaving left on the sink, but everything else was clean.

The property is located in a great area, only about 5 mins from breakfast, gas, and other food locations. I stayed here for a weekend at Kings Island, and it’s only about 10 minutes away. The staff were so friendly, and check in was so quick. The facility was clean and the room was super clean and comfortable. Noise was not an issue.

I did receive a different room than I booked, but it was still comfortable.

The greeting was friendly and check-in was efficient. All facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room was nice, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable.

There was no breakfast other than coffee. We knew that going in, so it wasn't a surprise. However, something would have been nice - cookies, donuts, something to take to munch in the car. The price was very reasonable, although on this trip we stayed at another hotel that was even cheaper and still provided a very adequate breakfast.

The beds were nice and soft and big enough for two people and a child I love the fact when I called them and asked for a handicap room they let me get one on the bottom floor would stay again

Didn't like that the pillows were kind of hard and be a handicap room instead of having a shower where you could walk in they had a tub

Good value for the money. I LOVE that it is pet friendly. Will stay here again.

My adult son slipped in the shower and fell out onto the bathroom floor. Luckily his head landed between the commode and the corner of the wall, however he landed hard on his tailbone and he is still in a lot of pain. We did not report it at the time, and we do not intend to take action. But please install non-slip grips in the shower.

the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, even helping us decide where we had dinner. the rooms were very spacious and clean. the building itself seemed to just be old, but definitely one of the nicer red roof inns i've seen. we only booked one night in advance to be sure we wanted to stay a second night in that hotel, and we booked our second night within the first hour of check-in.

property was in a great location with good food locations within walking distance. bed was firm but I like my beds like that so it wasn't a bother. ac worked great, room was clean and fairly modern looking. shower was good and had good pressure.

there was various bug zappers with a bright light that were plugged into multiple outlets throughout the room. while I guess they did their job to keep bugs away, I usually unplugged them at night as they were really bright.

Staff helpful. Upgrade to the jacuzzi tub room was woth it. Room was clean. We don't really care about breakfast so we never got up to see what all they had. Pool was closed but we stayed in October so that was expected. Nice location if going to Kings Island. Enjoyed the stay and nothing really to complain about especially at this price.

Parking spots can fill up fast. Get your spot early. Sometimes the hall does smell like pot but that smell doesn't travel into the actual room you stay in.
