Didn't take breakfast due to my schedule. Location very convenient. Hotel clean and tidy, room quiet ut in need of minor TLC. Recent redecoration needed better attention to detail and the room ventilation unit was duct-taped to the wall. Furniture in room was comfortable with no obvious staining, though looked tired. Bed was extremely comfortable with clean linens and pillows did their job perfectly! Carpet and (small) bathroom floor were clean. Shower worked fine once set to good temperature. Plenty of hot water. Easy, safe parking. Check-in functional and check-out much nicer (different staff!)

Check-in experience - not very personable staff. Nothing else to dislike. Hotel was not at all busy, so may be different at busy time.

My overall stay was good. The staff was friendly and kind. The price was reasonable. I was attending a medical assistant conference at the Apollo Career Center and this hotel was in reasonable distance to my conference. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. No complaints.

My only complaint was the room had a smell to it and I could smell pot from the hall the next morning when I was getting up and getting ready for the conference. It was strong enough that I could smell it in my room. Also, the one ice machine was not working and it took me a moment to find another ice machine.

The staff was helpful and polite, the facility was clean, and the location was convenient for anything you needed from food to shopping.

Only issues we had were the Internet was a bit spotty compared to other times we've stayed and the fridge in our room stopped working, but the staff came to reset it and it was back working like normal.

The manager was great! Young Indian heritage man ( can't remember his name right now but he"saved the day" with him sticking up for me with the 3rd party reservation company ( lousy company representing QInn). Patel was the managers name. He should be awarded by your company. Dave Sturges

The room was cozy and had everything g we needed.

Breakfast needed more staff. We did get there at 8. So, there was only an hour left. My husband did find someone to help get something g they were out of.

Nice large room and it was a quiet room.

Room was in need on some updates ex. Heater a/c unit didn’t have any settings marked on it. The room in general looked very aged and was not the cleanest.

The room was big and clean

At check-in the $100 deposit was asked for but room was already paid for and nothing was stated at time of making the reservation.

The location was a few minutes away from my training center I traveled here for. The room and bed was clean and comfortable.

The staff never cleaned up my room. Also there was a musty odor.

Beds are comfortable and decent price for a hotel

Smoke detector beeped a lot in our room and the way the bathroom was designed was some what inconvenient when it comes to taking a shower

This is an incredible value! Larger than average room, plenty of storage, comfortable beds, good fridge and freezer, large TV, lots of towels and pillows. Everything in our room was very clean. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was the best ever! Totally present, responsive, (she had already accommodated request for first floor room), even remembered my name from our reservation. Never had a front desk person as sharp as her.

Breakfast could have been better, but it was about average for a free breakfast. A couple of the drink dispensers weren't working. I usually travel with my own healthy food for breakfast so this didn't effect me.
