Comfortable bed, clean room and Bathroom. Great location!!

It said Breakfast was from 630am to 930am. We went to lobby at 9am and things were put away.🙄

The staff was great they met and exceeded expectations

I was not informed there was construction going on in the hotel prior to arrival. There was no hot breakfast.

Property was well maintained. Very nicely landscaped and lots of parking. Rooms were nice size. The location was great for our stay. 15 minutes to Lake Erie and 15 minutes to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Also your hotel is Pet friendly and the rate for pets was very reasonable, which we greatly appreciate!

The room I booked was supposed to have had a sofa bed. Our room only had a chair. No big deal since there were only 2 of us and our pet. The induction cook top was confusing. It required a certain kind of pan which we did not know about. We brought a skillet and pan but neither would heat up. Breakfast was pretty sad. Coffee was good but the food selection was pretty poor. I realize you are working with limited staff, but more options would have been nice.

Hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in (I travel all over the country at least six times a year). Had my dog with me and everyone was very sweet to him. Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant and cheerful. Quiet location and easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit in Cleveland area (no more than a 20 minute drive in most cases). Pool and fitness center were well maintained and grounds were clean impeccable. There was even an outdoor grill available (though we didn’t use). Only downside was vending machines were out of order, but that was minor.

There were three international visitors in our group of four. Two did not have a photo ID'. They were able to be registered : the clerk copied the leader of the group's information (a US Citizen), to register them. Coffee was good. We were headed to a breakfast meeting both days. The inn was close to a good selection of restaurants and the CVNP, as a tourist attraction.

Services availble at the inn were not noted in the room, with a map of the inn not available to indicate where the pool and workout rooms were, and where ice and snacks could be located. The arm chair was beyond dirty. I did not want to rest my arms on the chair. Numbers were mixed on the signage for direction to the rooms.

The location was about 5 minutes to Cuyahoga National Park. It was very dog friendly. We brought bikes, which they allowed us to take into the room and there was plenty of room for the two bikes. Room was very spacious. Excellent updated shower. Nice updated kitchenette with a small full size fridge, sink, microwave and hot plate. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sink drain stopper was not open all the way and the sink filled with water quickly. The mattress was nice but was beginning to have a sag in the middle. Breakfast had many different choices for a to go only. A hot breakfast option would have been better.

The suite was excellent, kitchen is fully equipped, it as a full size fridge and one-burner cooker. The breakfast was lacking: only boiled eggs, oatmeal, coffee, muffins and granola bar. No fruits and no yogurt.

Service was average. Front desk attendant was cold and barely articulate. They also were doing parking lot maintenance on the weekend, which was poorly organized. It seems they have no manager on duty in the evenings. Friday night there were virtually on where to park; guesses had to park on the street. This was poorly planned

The check in staff was wonderful. When they found out we were there due to medical emergency they were so very nice and accommodating. The location was very good. The room was comfortable. We loved the fact that the hotel was pet friendly as we had an emotional support dog with us.

We only had one experience that wasn't good. When ask about coffee a staff member wasn't very helpful. But that staff member could have just been having a bad day and we definitely won't judge the entire staff on one person's bad day.

The room was beautiful, I have no complaints about the room or anything related to the room.

I didnt like the fact that when we check in I asked if there was a better rate being that I was here for surgery. The gentleman told me had hadbto have been done line when I booked it. She told me I would have to talk to the people at the hotel.. but like I told the him I am having tomorrow surgery tomorrow so I have to stay somewhere as we live 3 hours away. The other thing is the bed is so hard. I had to get up and try to sleep on the couch and itnwas just as hard. So. My husband has bee so sleepy all day: other the

Close to Cleveland Clinic. The kitchenette made my stay more comfortable. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate special requests.

Staffing, which is out of the employees control, is an issue. Staff is pleasant for all of the bureaucratic office management. Upper, upper management needs to stop taking financial losses out on management. Don’t worry, I’m sure the shareholders will manage to survive.
