The hotel decor looks beautiful, the pleasant aroma at the entrance is enchanting, the servers & service was excellent, the room & hallways where always clean & I could see star pay a great deal of attention the cleanliness which I really respect & appreciate.

The pool was out of service & there was water everywhere in the gaming area & towards the entrance to the hotel from the pool/outdoor area. There was a large inflatable pool with slide for the kids to compensate & the seating areas were nice but did not make up for the pool being out of service & a great part of the outdoor game area being flooded.

The hotel was very nice and well decorated with modern style. The gym was the best we've ever seen at any hotel. The pool area was also very nice (with warm water), but made a little uncomfortable by some wasps that had made their home inside of some of the pool furniture. The parking is also very nice (plentiful and close).

There wasn't a working ice machine on the first floor, which was inconvenient from where our room was located. Staff in the restaurant area left a little to be desired with regards to hospitality.

Amenities were great.

No microwave in the room but the front desk was able to heat our leftovers up. No big deal. It was a minor inconvenience. Did not care for the personality of the manager or whatever his title was. He was not friendly and almost rude. The rest of the staff was awesome.

It was very clean, the staff was helpful when needed, they were also polite and courteous, it was quiet considering being fully booked, and it was conveniently close to where I needed to be.

The decor was excellent along with the staff.

No microwave in the room. Also, the bathroom door is not safe as my hand almost got slammed in the door. I can see that being a big problem for children.

Not very clean bathroom (tub clean but needs tile floor scrubbed and regrouted), low water pressure, thin walls, noisy neighbors and hallways

The newness and cleanliness of the place.

The walls were thin, could hear people next door talking and walking down the hall. No task lights, either bright or off, no soft mood lights.

It was classy

The fragrance was way too strong, it was hard to breathe in the lobby. Our floor in the room was sticky.

It's expensive as hell. $371 for a night for 4 people to stay in one room is a LOT!
