My objective was to find a reasonably priced hotel near Charlotte Premium Outlets that was clean, in safe area, and comfortable. This hotel met those objectives. Area was safe, next to a Cracker Barrel, Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and price was excellent. A bonus was the free breakfast.

Hotel was a little run down but not too bad. If you are looking for a very modern hotel then this is not it. If you want a safe, clean, reasonably priced hotel, this is it. If you want a free breakfast with full hot meal, this is not the one. For me, continental is all I need to start the day and there were several options for that.

It was a very convenient location for the business trip that was planned. Not far at all from the downtown area. The cost for the stay for two rooms and two nights was great. Also that we were able to have the rooms neighboring one another. Family was close which made it even more greater!

We were on the third floor, which wouldn't be a big deal if both elevators were working. We were located on the front side of the hotel on the far left, and the elevator that worked was on the back side on the far right. Being that we had two older family members with knee and back issues, it didn't make the climb of the stairs a joy to do so.

What was very beneficial was being able to check in early, we were unsure about this but it worked perfectly because we were able to get to the city and enjoy our time before the concert instead of being rushed. The staff was very friendly and very easy to deal with, even the other hotel stayers were very friendly (truly a great environment). Staying here was very beneficial to accessing the city as well, very convenient. The room was very clean, and the beds were so beyond comfy definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Honestly was very happy with my stay, it was perfect for the one night that we stayed there. The one negative was our shower within our room it wasn't the cleanliest with appearance, but we ended up not showering so it was okay.

The hotel is very close to the airport, excellent location close to restaurants and gas stations. The shuttle and reception staff were very friendly and communicative. I loved that the hotel offers free shuttles from the airport and back. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable.

The entrance to our room was on the outside of the hotel, and there were sketchy people close to our door that made noises all night long.

I booked two rooms on two different days, they were both very clean and very comfortable.. they were affordable and in a great location. the staff was friendly and I loved the breakfast options.. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Charlotte.

The main door needs to be soundproofed because you can hear people outside.. it makes it difficult to sleep and my only other complaint is that the main curtains I wish they were a little bit longer because quite a bit of light still comes through

The complementary breakfast was good, the free airport shuttle was easy to book, and the staff was super friendly. When I went to check out, I mentioned that I was going to work from the lobby till it was time for my flight, and the person at the front desk offered to let me stay in the room till an hour before my flight without me even asking if a late checkout was possible.

Overall, the room was clean, but when I arrived, there was a pair of the previous guest’s underwear left on the desk chair. Relatedly, both the lobby and the room itself had a bit of an odor that suggested a need for more ventilation and a deeper cleaning. As for the location, the hotel was very close to the airport and right across the street from a Cracker Barrel, but my general sense was that the surrounding area wasn’t the best.

Front staff guy that checked us in was really nice & very accommodating especially since I was traveling with my mom who is handicapped. The rooms were very spacious, clean & comfortable. Great value for the price. Also loved how you can park your car right at your hotel door. It was handicap accessible.

Nothing I didn’t like, everything was really good in my opinion.

Room and bath area were neat and clean, towels fresh and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Basic room amenities like soap, shampoo, cups, ice bucket were available. Refrigerator, microwave clean and operational. Ice room and laundry accessible. AC in order. Housekeepers held my left-behind belongings. Property/landscape well-kept and decorated. Staff was courteous, security was onsite and friendly. Adequate parking. Great location near IS 85 and restaurants. Didn't utilize breakfast or business facilities.

Everything went well for a late night arrival. Well staffed. Good lighting for safety.

Breakfast was included and they have boil eggs, yogurts, cereal, fruits, coffee, bread and bagels so it was a good option for the price that we paid. Parking is free. They have complementary stuff like toothpaste, toothbrush and even razors if you forget yours at home, again this is something really good for the amount we paid.

Maybe the location cause it looks like an industrial area but it wasn't a big deal. Also the check-in process took a long time because there's just one guy at the reception and there was a line of people waiting for check-in.

We missed our flight due to weather and didn't want to stay over night at the airport. So this was a last minute booking/plan. We used the shuttle offered by this hotel, which was so helpful and convenient! Then we had a TV in our room that had a couple channels that had no sound. Maintenance came really quickly after we called and he said he would have to do a reset that would take longer. So he offered to do that or give us 15% off. We took the discount!
