Location was perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spotlessly clean (thank you, Kareen).

Paying for parking left a bad taste in the mouth. Especially how much it cost. This added cost alone means we will not return to this hotel, despite all the other positives. I don't know who designed the bathroom in our room -- the distance between the toilet and the door was WAY too tight. In order to open the door from the inside you had to squeeze between the toilet and the shower, and remember to get toes out of the way.

The ONLY issues I had was the AC.. it needs a manual. lol. It's was not as simple as one may think, press the button.. OH NO.. there was a light switch that I knew NOTHING about until I called front desk due to my room being hot. She told me about the light switch on the side of the wall.. OH but that wasn't it.. MOST units you just press the button to change the mode I had to continually play with it until I realized you have to press AND HOLD the button in order to change the mode (auto, on, off etc).. BUT, other then that my room was perfect. I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. It was worth the $$ even for 1 night!!!

The size of the double queen room was unexpectedly big with a separate area containing a large and comfortable sofa. The breakfast had many options, and included non-dairy milk. The main thing we liked about our stay was the genuine friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

We didn't know we had to call for the airport shuttle to bring us to the hotel. It was clear that we had to reserve it when leaving the hotel, but we assumed the shuttle circled around for airport pick-up. We ended up waiting a long time at the loud and smelly curb area before we thought to call.

Didn't expect to have so much space in the room. It was a nice surprise! Shuttle driver back to the airport was the nicest and most pleasant man in the world!

Breakfast was not our favorite. Felt a little like we were eating old food. I have been trying to contact the hotel to get a copy of our invoice for 9 days now and still no response! Don't quite understand why it's so complicated.

Good location close to airport, shuttle service every 30 minutes. Friendly staff !Hotel is a bit more worn out than one would think from the pictures. It was ok for one night between flights.

The restaurant was really just a bar with some quick snacks available. Breakfast was rather poor for choice. Room was ok but the size of bathroom was ridiculous compared to the size of the room

It’s location was great we had an event to go to at another hotel in the area and it was such a short commute to get there and to go downtown

I asked for a late checkout instead of 12pm they only extended an hour, i was hoping for at least 5pm. I didn’t think to purchase another night because my flight left at 10:55pm, they couldn’t accommodate.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about Carol. You have a valuable asset with your staff and they were better than any staff at the hotels we stayed at during our time in NC. Thank you ladies!

One elevator didn’t go to 6th floor where we were located, button wasn’t working

The evening shift lady that worked the check in desk was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and made everyone feel like they belonged there! She is definitely an asset to your company!

The drinks were very overpriced and there were no drink machines. Paying to park was quite ridiculous as well

Great comfortable room with two queen beds and a full sofa bed. The room was clean and we had free breakfast included. The hotel is 10-15 minutes from downtown Charlotte which was perfect so you’re not in the middle of the business. Hotel was quiet and easy to check into.

My family and I stayed here overnight from Ohio, heading to Minnesota. I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The beds were very comfortable, it would be a bonus if the queen size beds were slightly bigger. We are a tall family. The facilities were clean and reception staff was very friendly
