The room was bright, and the bed and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was clean. AC worked properly. Inside the room was quiet, despite there is a highway next to the hotel.

There was no fruit salad for the breakfast, only bananas and oranges. Coffee was too bitter. I tried to add more HH, but it didn't help at all. The coach next to the bed was with some short white hair and crumbles on it. The corner of that coach was full of dust and dirt. Nobody even tried to vacuum the surface and corner. There were few small broken pieces of plastic near the bed.

We came here for the ski weekend; I like that its clean, from the room to the bathroom and most especially the staff! They are very polite. We didn't have the chance to use their pool as we were out all-day skiing. We had that one woman during breakfast, she made our day. my son commented the same. She treated us as her own family and says, "nobody leaves in this hotel hungry". She is very nice and sweet. I forgot to ask her name, but I would definitely go back to this hotel!

It was conveniently located and the hotel was clean. The room was spacious and clean. Free breakfast was a plus!

Overall a good experience but the breakfast area could have used more than one person to handle better attention to the area and juice machine was broken during our entire stay.

Super well located (close to Lake George, Saratoga Springs) and generally very clean. Friendly and helpful staff (especially Adam at the front desk!), plentiful breakfast, nice heated indoor pool and outdoor hottub, plus a fitness room round out this very nice Holiday Inn Express. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect for us. It put us in the middle of visiting friends and also seeing light shows at Lake George! We loved the staff! We could not have been treated nicer by everybody!

Everything was great. We have not one thing to say about anything g being wrong!

The location was perfect for activities in Lake George. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Loved the hot tub, pool and gym. Breakfast was decent, and staff made sure food was stocked. Staff was pleasant, friendly and accommodating.

TV system was a little outdated. There was lots of children staying that weekend and seemed to just go through rooms especially the pool and spa and leave it a mess. Wet towels being left over every table and chairs specifically and not leaving any towels for other guests or asking staff to restock.

The staff was so friendly . Everyone was kind . They did not make you feel like a bother when you asked them if anything. Very accommodating.

Wish the location had a two room suite . Out coffee maker was broke amd not replaced , but the front desk clerk gave us a discount on our room when we checked out . Amd the room had debrief under the sofa and bed from previous guest . I know they are short staffed and I understand that

The staff were so friendly and accommodating-There was a large group of us there to celebrate 2 birthdays, and we asked to use the common area for cake and presents. They instead allowed us to use a private room that had plenty of tables and chairs for everyone, as well as a TV. When we were finished, we asked the woman at the front desk what we should do with our garbage, and if they had something we could wipe tables with...she told us not to worry about it and she would take care of everything-It really seemed like they went above and beyond for us. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked-we got there shortly before it was due to close and there was still plenty of food left. This is one of the best stays I've had at a hotel!

Hotel was very clean and most of the staff other than one front desk clerk that checked us in was friendly. Breakfast was great.

We had room service only 1 day during our 5 day visit. I left a note to indicate that the conditioner, body wash and hand soap were empty but the cleaning staff did not refill them. The tissues were empty when we got to the room and they didn't replace those either.

The free breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. It wasn’t your typical continental breakfast. It had eggs, sausage, bacon. It had delicious cinnamon rolls and the coffee was also very good and available all day.The location was great for our needs as it was midway between Lake George and Saratoga Springs.

We were staying 2 nights. After our first morning, Housekeeping never came to make up our room. (It wasn’t because of Covid…our friend’s room was made up) When we returned to the hotel around 4:30pm we complained to the front desk. While we were out to dinner someone came and made up our bed, but when we returned later that evening our door had been left open! Anyone could have walked into our room and taken everything!!!!! Everything else was great and we would have liked to give this hotel a 10 star review, but these errors on the part of housekeeping were very disappointing.
