The breakfast kitchen staff people were really great. One man, Hugo, was really excellent. He went above and beyond to help an elderly gentleman repeatedly during the man's meal. I was just observing - and I was very impressed. There was another gentleman who worked there (I didn't get his name) but he was also with the breakfast area, who was lovely and helpful. I honestly can say I only see customer engagement like that at very high end hotels and resorts- and I was very happy to have such staff at your hotel. I will definitely stay there again and recommend.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Room comfortable. Premises very clean. Good location.

We arrived very late but kitchen was still open so we ordered a flatbread and a grilled cheese sandwich. The grilled cheese sandwich was very disappointing (fries were good). Flatbread was fair and both were expensive for what we got. The Saturday night rate was excessive. The weeknight rates very reasonable.

Breakfast was excellent and it had such a great selection.

The only issue I had was when I had to go out to my car at 5:30am in order to get my cord for my laptop, when I came back to the front entrance, it was very dark and I could not see how to use my room card to get back in, and I could not get the intercom to work. You might want to check that and do clearer instructions for getting back into hotel.

I’m writing on behalf of my almost 97 year old mother who stayed at the Inn for 3 nights. She said: “This is the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed.”

The phone in her room (508) did not work properly. She was unable to receive calls. Jerry, from your staff, came and determined that the phone was not connected properly at the “box/closet” (my words not Jerry’s). The phone support people for the Christmas holiday and couldn’t come to fix it immediately. All turned out well because my mother has a cell phone and I was able to reach her when I needed to.

The location was perfect! Set back , but so convenient as well! The staff were absolutely hands down phenomenal and sweet & beyond helpful! The ambiance was everything from the lobby, to the bar to the hallways ,to our gorgeous yet practical wants ie. Forks ,cups etc. and spacious suite w / an amazing view. Everything the hotel offered including the staff was & were incredibly helpful. We will be back.

The charge for my pet. She slept on a blanket on the floor the whole time. We took her out twice and cleaned up after her. No one would ever know she was even there if I didn’t tell them but I had to pay $70. I can understand for some pets who may be destructive but maybe charge by each individual experience. Very new place close to FDR library. Location across the street from CIA so be sure to make a reservation ahead of time at one of their fabulous restaurants. The Storyteller on premises has very tasty small plates and full bar.

The breakfast was delicious. With a great variety, portion sensitive approach which reduces waste. A very nice balance between modern style and country chic. The hotel is very quiet, the parking lot was quite full but we never heard excessive noise or felt any kind of overcrowding.

It was a great stay. Should I try hard to find a point to improve, I would say that the air was dry in the room, which is a seasonal indoor issue in many places.

This was our 3rd visit. We can't rave enough about our stay. Everything was excellent- room was immaculate, staff was extremely pleasant and the breakfast (which was included) offered so many choices. So much to see and do in the Hudson Valley. We can't wait to go back for our 4th visit. Highly recommend !

Everything! We can't wait to go back. The suite was immaculate, beautifully designed with total comfort in mind. Lobby was especially appealing and spacious with a bar area. Can't rave enough about the Inn at Bellefield.

We thought that the breakfast items could have been refilled better. We went down for breakfast at 8:45 and several of the choices were empty.
