I wasn’t able to get points for my rewards account because I booked using booking.com which was disappointing. Breakfast was sub par. Not worth free breakfast. Coffee was also not great. Front desk did not have a bottle opener. Also disappointing. I may try Best Western next time if I have to stay. I’ve heard it’s less expensive and there’s a restaurant on site.

Very clean hotel, we had a nice spacious room. All in all, it was a good place to stay. There's a supermarket right next store and gas is close too.

The elevator is very noisy, but I like that it is big. The pool is on the small side. Beds are not horrible, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

My son was having his college graduation in the area. This place was prefect. Love that it had the pool, workout room. The yard has a grill and a fire pit. It was relaxing. They also made breakfasts.

Wish they had a laundry room for you to do your own laundry. Other than that, it was great.

You can tell this is a new hotel. The room had USB ports, plenty of plugs, big TV on the wall... The biggest complaint was the lack of towels and that housekeeping never came in to replenish the number of towels. We were supposed to have 3 of us and we only were given 3 bath towels (at least that was correct), 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels. They quickly gave us more when we went to the front desk. No hot tub, but the pool was really nice, and we got lucky to have the pool to ourselves. The back area was beautiful! There were lots of chairs, fire pit and grill! We didn't use it but saw how nice it was. Had considered maybe heading back with dinner and enjoying this space. The location is ideal! Burger King, McDonald's & Pizza Hut are within a walk along with Dollar Tree, and other shopping and gas. Only about 10-15 minutes to Potsdam (where our son was graduating from Clarkson)

Lack of towels, but that might have been related to Covid. Would have enjoyed a hot tub, but really not needed. Otherwise, really nice!

College Open House- very close - best night sleep I have had in a long time - my daughter said the same - clean - bathroom tub and shower clean and working- full breakfast- had plenty of choices

Great Breakfast, nice new facilities. Very clean... bright, big clean rooms.. excellent staff.

Pool was very small. Air Conditioner made a high pitched sound all night which distracted from a restful sleep... may have just been the one room. Overall though a great place to stay.

Section first day they did not have meat, Just scrambled eggs, and when they brought out couple of sausage cousants the center was ice cold.

The staff was pleasant, breakfast was great.

We were told upon arrival that there was NO hot water in the hotel, we literally booked this for a local college tour and a meeting with admissions, a professor and the coach, so we were upset to find we could not shower or get ready for these meetings after a 5 hour car ride! Ruined the day, image yourself with meetings and no means to shower or prepare for in person meetings.... UGH. We were told on arrival, so there was no time to book anywhere else, a heads up would have been nice. I'm not one to complain at all, all else was fine, but no hot water to prepare for our meetings made us feel yucky ALL DAY :(

Beautiful facilities Outdoor seating with fire pit and ability to sit outside for breakfast was so nice.

Pool is a little small but that might be nice because nobody was using it.
