The Hotel is Beautiful, the lobby was decored with swag ambience.. My room was nice decore and clean with a great view. The rooftop bar & grill was swanky & cute. It's great for summer & maybe even a private Bday or celebration event.. its also had a pool.

1 of my vanity lights were out in my bathroom and my shower had these tiny black bugs on the ceiling. Not sure what they were, but hey bounced off & on the ceiling... We went to the brunch restaurant, it was a nice decore & we were told to get the Salomon croquettes, we sat for 45 mins and nothing came.. we finally just told them we had to leave for another engagement... so that wasn't a great experience

Good location for walking and right by subway a huge plus. In no way super luxurious but was nice enough, clean enough and felt safe enough. Was happier with the place the longer I stayed. We ended up having a great visit.

Initially was not impressed with the City View from the room mostly because the Expressway is the primary view but got over it. The fridge in room is tiny and was barely cold. The in room coffee is fairly terrible...I asked for cream and sugar and was given a pack of powder creamer..no room service so kind of forced to use the bar downstairs...but the bar drinks were great

wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional stay I had at your hotel. During my visit, I encountered a minor issue with the coffee maker in my room. However, I believe this was due to my own unfamiliarity with the appliance. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

My recent stay was exceptional. However, I encountered a minor inconvenience. Upon arrival, I noted that there was only one washcloth in my room. As I had an event to attend, I promptly contacted your staff to request an additional washcloth. Unfortunately, I did not receive it. I contacted your team again at approximately midnight and was assured that a washcloth would be brought to my room. Regrettably, this was not the case. I contacted your staff for a third time on Friday morning. I am grateful to the young lady who answered my call, as she promptly arranged for towels and washcloths to be sent to my room.

Good location, room size is great. One of the lamps did not work. Enough outlets for charging devices. Felt safe. Gym was Ok. Pool was fun, but mainly social pool.

Lamp did not work in room, no real breakfast option but places nearby. Music at the pool was loud. Wifi slow and kept knocking me off so had to sign up multiple times a day

Friendly staff who responded very quickly with requests. Very close to G and L train lines. Next door to a hot new diner. Interesting architecture. Clean, trendy, comfortable lounging area in lobby. Large bar in lobby. Clean facilities with everything in working order. Spacious room. Adequate water pressure and plenty of hot water. Quality and plentiful shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion. Has a private inlet away from the busy street for cars to pull up to the front entrance for easy loading/unloading of luggage and pick-up/drop-off of Uber/Lyft without having to stop in the middle of the street.

No indoor slippers available. No free drinking water; only $6-$9 bottled water available. Thankfully there were 2 deli’s/grocery stores nearby to buy water for cheap. The shower could have been slightly cleaner (was small rust-colored areas and small area of not-so-clean grout). But overall the bathroom and room were quite clean.

Would certainly come back here and recommend to others. Metro line L and G just a few steps away. Rooftop pool was a big plus in the summer heat! We had a room for 4 and it was spacious compared to other options in NY. Lunch options at the bar fine as well. Proximity to grocery, restaurants and bars.

Breakfast only available at the bar and lacks variety if you are staying more than a few days. Bathroom was fine but would benefit if there was space to dry towels for 4 people, but this is a minor comment. During our stay there was a (false) fire alarm during the night and perhaps staff should think about a process how to organize communication to guests in such event going forward to ensure all guests feel re-assured to return to bed.

Very clean and cool place in the heart of Williamsburg. Tidy room and very comfortable bed, good anti-noise windows. Very friendly staff, I would definitely come back.

First of all, the location in Brooklyn is great - right next to the subway, where the L train will take you into Manhattan in 15 minutes. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower water was a good pressure and the temperature could be controlled easily. The rooftop pool and bar is a nice addition, particularly at sunset.

I found the attitude of staff working there variable; some were very friendly and helpful, whilst others showed barely-disguised rudeness. The speed of service in the rooftop bar also varies. Be aware that the rooms are cleaned in the evening, and we had to request cleaning after returning on the first day of our stay and finding that the room wasn't cleaned.

It was good. Great location 2 stops from Manhattan and in a happening part of Brooklyn. Great Gym. Spacious rooms. Very little noise from the street. Nice lobby.

The staff doesn't have the service flair you'd expect from a "4 star" hotel. They're typically NYC blase, not friendly nor unfriendly, just doing their jobs. Other reviewers called them rude, but they obviously don't know what rude means in the local culture. This is just neutral.

My friend and I heard lots of awful stories about hotels with bedbugs in NY so we took some time to book our hotel. We took the chance with this one and we made an excellent choice. The room, bed and even on the high shelves were absolutely spotless clean! The water pressure was good and the room on the 7th floor was quiet (only some light noise from the works on the street but nothing major, we could sleep well), as we didn't need the fridge and A/C we turned them off so no noises at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful, location just a few steps from 2 metro lines. Excellent!

Maybe a small table on each side of the beds (we had a room with 2 double beds) would be better than just one in the middle, and a more practical coffee machine but these are minor issues.
