Andrea at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Even though we didn’t get here until 130ish in the morning I was greeted with a warm smile and she was so friendly. Made sure we had room to be able to park the truck, then called to make sure our room was okay! Super clean and comfy beds. If we weren’t traveling cross country we would definitely stay again, specifically because of Andrea! At checkout Nick and Chris were so friendly too!

I enjoy my stay at desert inn every time I stayed here but the last time that I stayed there the black lady that was working at night was very rude and didn't want to be bothered she didn't want to price match my rate said she couldn't do it I want to talk to the gentleman in the morning they said they do price match and she should have done it so if you come to desert inn on the weekends don't because the black lady is very rude at night

The front desk clerk, Angie, was polite, engaging, and very knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding areas. We were also impressed with the security personnel and his attention yo details of our surroundings. The gated fence and security personnel made us feel secure.

Could of used a couple more towels and extra roll of tp in the room. We didn't request extra, but it would have been convenient.

There is a $53.14 (deposit) charge on my AMex card for the $75 deposit, card allowed only $53.14 because it was close to the limit that still has not been refunded. The charge was on May 28; today is June 26th. Please refund the money.

We stayed there only for one night, as we were on a road trip and just needed a place to sleep and get ready for our trip next day. It was very clean and comfortable and very good price.

The only thing I can say that there was no elevator (of course it was only 2 floors), and I had to carry my heavy luggage all the way up by myself.

Free WiFi, clean beds, security during day to evening, gated. Very, very nice owner. Right around the corner from a movie theater and tons of food places.

Just keep your truck locked like you would anywhere else and you’re fine.

Very busy place, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the bed. It did not feel stable, the base moved around, and I thought it might collapse. Thankfully, it did not.

The stability of the bed.when I woke up, there was a cockroach on the floor. At least, that is what it looked like. I threw it in the toilet. I did not see any others.

This is the place you want to stay at friendly staff clean rooms gated and they have a security guard who works at night and keep all the weirdos out it's the only hotel that I'll stay at

Loved the clerk that checked us in. She was very helpful. She gave us the perfect room.

The only thing that I didn't like was some of the noise in the area. Could hear freeway noise. Also someone played music way too loud. Also, people walking by at late hours talking loud.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and easily accessible. The lady in the front who checked me in was very nice along with the lady that checked me out. Both check in and check out was quick. The housekeeper was very helpful and nice. very easy access from the 40, we got off got our room and the next day jumped right back on. I would definitely stay again if I was in town. For someone who is a light sleeper, they may not like that the freeway is right behind the hotel, but I can sleep through almost anything so it was no bother to me.
