Great location close to the boardwalk and the beach.

The double beds are on the smaller side, mind that.

Rooms are clean Good size rooms

No microwave and draws were small

Me and my fiance been coming here for about 3-4 years To vacation we love the fact it is not far from the boardwalk so the location is very accommodating the hotel room is very clean we noticed that they got new carpets we noticed they removed the microwaves from the rooms (folks was setting fires wit them )sucks that 1 bad apple always spoils it for the bunch. We were happy that they had brought back breakfast which is waffles pancakes sausages eggs cereals toast coffee came wit the room :) front desk staff was pleasant and attentive despite the miscommunication me and my fiancé always haves a pleasant stay we even went ahead and book ahead of time for memorial weekend :)

The only tissue I had was that there was a maintenance guy bald head with glasses and a housekeeper staff lady that would stare at people during breakfast time I understand you wanna upkeep the cafeteria and make sure it’s clean but it is extremely rude to stare at people as they eat there breakfast the housekeeper lady threw my cup away that I was clearly not done with I was gonna say something but I didn’t want any issues because her face said it all that she wasnt to welcoming and pleasant i think management needs to have a talk wit the am staff about this before it becomes a issue for future references.. The manager called when I didn't arrive at my estimated check in time. I thought it was a bit odd but I'm sure they were fully booked and wanted to make sure I still planned to stay since people were walking up to book rooms for the weekend. It was close enough so my spouse and I were able to walk to the Boardwalk Hall for our concert that Saturday evening. To give context, my spouse has a bumb knee that is still healing and we were still able to talk to the venue from the hotel. The room was a "suite" which I guess the only thing they had was a love seat in the room. Still had a safe and a mini fridge, king size bed, pillows seemed to be regular queen sized not those small little things hotels usually have. 😀

Only issue I had was there was no microwave in the room. There was one in the breakfast room area so that was okay. But the bathroom shower head needed a good cleaning. Also after a shower, the water was all over the floor. I tried my best to keep the shower curtain inside but the floor was soaked by the end of the shower.

Room was very clean! Super friendly staff. We were literally not even 5 minutes away from the Beach/Boardwalk. We booked our room at the last minute and they were still able to accommodate us to have an early check in which was awesome! Would stay there again!

Nothing to really complain about. Maybe a better way to get breakfast to flow a little better. It took a while to get through the line. All in all a good stay.

This is my go to hotel always when me and my fiance comes to visit AC the location is convenient,staff is welcoming, always a clean room, breakfast is also always tasteful. we been coming here for quite some time we haven’t been here In 4 years and still everything was a smooth sail away with our stay we also noticed most of the staff was the same staff from when the last time we visited which is also good to see because that shows that they treat there workers greatly we will be back til next time thank you also love the fact they have smoking rooms that’s really a plus for us :)

The room was clean and quiet, which are the two most important things for me. The breakfast was nice (except the sausages...but everything else was fine). Egg patties, sausage patties, coffee, various juices, toast, and packaged muffins. You could make your own waffle. There's also a convenience store open late across the street, which was, well, convenient.

The lock of my room (225) wasn't functioning, and I was able to properly shut it only once from the outside and never from the inside. When I went to bed, I used the security latch to keep someone from opening the door overnight. (Hopefully they'll fix it, and I assume this wasn't a universal problem at this hotel...I mean, they had the usual modern key card system.) I was slightly irritated that, if I wanted to park in one of their many empty parking spaces, I'd have to pay $10 a night. (I guess they're following the casinos, which charge for parking.) So, I parked behind the building on the street, where metered parking starts at 8:00 a.m., then put in about $2.50 to cover the next hour or two.

Check-in was a breeze. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and not as modern as expected, but comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean and didn't have any funky odors. I tried the breakfast, which is served from around 7 to 10 am. They had actual hot food. Eggs, waffles, sausage. fruits, coffee, cereal, muffin,s and much more. It was a pleasant experience. The only takeaway is the surrounding neighborhoods. There were a lot of homeless and people with drug addictions hanging all around these areas. The boardwalk in Atlantic City has been slowly deteriorating.

At night time you have to be careful walking back to the hotel. There are a lot of homeless and drug users hanging around.

The management were very professional and caring. Reservations was intact simple check in and check out. Bed was very comfortable and pillows

Should have a rack at least to hang your clothes otherwise everything okay. It's not fault of establishment but when I came down for breakfast around 8:45am. You are required eat in breakfast not take food to room. Their were people their, they must have hoarded the food. Their wasn't any bagels, bread to toast, no juices, hardly teabags nor cereal, any fruits, yogurt. That was not the Inn's fault. I have stayed at many hotels & Inns. I know it was the people they hoard by putting in their bags. Otherwise as far as stay was okay, we came to celebrate a dear friend's birthday at the Ocean Resort/Casino. We have visited Atlantic City many times.

Location - close to the beach, easy to find, & close to different food places. The friendliness of the staff, they left you alone for the most part. 1st time ever in New Jersey and it was quite the experience. Very entertaining individuals across the street from the hotel (singing, yelling at seagulls, etc) & seagulls screaming at all different times.

A list of items in your room that you would be charged for if they went missing or were broken/damaged. My room did not have an alarm clock (which was on that list of items) and the bathroom on wall hair dryer did not work.
