Lemon-lime spa water upon arrival is all I have to say! Dove products in the bathroom/shower. A huge mini-fridge, and easy access to the stairs to take my dogs out. All of these nice touches really add up and make a big difference to a tired road warrior on a cross-country trip. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast are perhaps the best-kept secret. Don't miss them! Excellent stay.

The walls were a bit thin - I could easily hear the voices in the next room through the (locked) shared door into the wee hours of the night. The AC unit, despite being set relatively low to cool the room down, never really cooled the room down.

Holiday inn was great. Booking.com not so great. I booked two rooms which shows on the app but Holiday inn only showed that I had one room reserved. Not sure who’s at fault but luckily they had rooms so I was able to reserve another room.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Offered satisfactory breakfast choices. Friendly front desk staff and efficient housekeeping staff. Wife used and liked the gym. This was our second location stay of this hotel chain on our road trip and both locations were similarly satisfying.

The room was recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable with clean linens. And yes, they did have their famous cinnamon rolls. However...

We arrived, and the hotel was undergoing remodeling in the front lobby and breakfast area. The front desk clerk was not pleasant, nor did she explain the mess. I would have expected an apology or a small discount for the inconvenience.

We booked a suite for 6 people and they were remodeling so they didn’t have any suites. They gave us a normal 2 queen bed room. I’m sure that room would have been cheaper then the suite I booked but they didn’t offer any refund at all. But they did give us 2 rolling beds it was just cramped for 6

Everything. Breakfast was great, room was big and comfortable, everything was clean.

There needs to be large garbage cans outside the rooms, maybe by the ice machines for large garbage like pizza boxes.

Location

The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby so it was loud and Dusty. However, we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. We went to pool and it was freezing and the clerk didn't know how to turn on heater. And no efforts were made to figure it out. So pool was available only if you could tolerate the cold water.

The elevator was out of order (we were on the 3rd floor with 3 young kids and lots of stuff to carry).

Really comfortable beds with excellent bathroom facilities in recently updated room. Felt so welcome by staff, who were very accommodating when we booked in late at night with little notice. While it was undergoing renovation it was neat and clean.

the location was very nice and the room was big. the breakfast was decent and there coffee was good.

the jacuzzi jets didn’t work (they did discount the price) they we’re doing construction and the people upstairs were extremely noisy. also the people next to us were also noisy. thin walls. it had a smell of old cigarettes and wet carpet
