The woman at check in was fantastic! I wish I had caught her name, but she was very friendly and informative and even helped me save money on my stay with the rewards program.
The heater in the pool was not working so it was too cold for the kids to swim and the hot tub was also broken.

I loved the location, the indoor pool and gym center and the breakfast was amazing. I loved the kitchen in our room and dishes/pans/ silverware/cups already there with a dishwasher and a two burner stove full fridge. We were able to cook and not eat out which we love to do and it’s saves. The room was clean and the property. All these features at the property were amazing when traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great staff, especially staff member Trina!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet. Liked that we could not hear anyone walking down the halls or in the room next to us.
Wish the room was a little larger. We had a king with a pull out sofa bed. Once the sofa bed was pulled out you could not walk between the bed and the sofa pullout.

Breakfast was perfect. Not many hotels offer breakfast. We greatly appreciated it as we were in town for a youth baseball tournament and we didn't have to leave early to go order breakfast. Location was also perfect. Elko is small/big. Small enough for us to get everywhere needed in a timely manner and big enough for us to find things to do in our down time. We would stay again, if we were in the area.
It would be nice to have a few more towels on hand when traveling with kids. Other than that everything the room and facilities had to offer met our needs.

Staff was so very up lifting and there for what ever you needed. I want to give all the girls at the front desk all 10 and the lady who prepared all the morning breakfast a 20 as well please make sure the all get the points that are coming to them from us. Sincerely yours the Oswalds.

Front desk employee was so helpful. Best I've ever encountered. Love the dog treats since I forgot mine!! Very clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in

the promise of Marriott quality & hospitality
We could hear steps, running, (why do parents let their kids just run up & down the hall first thing in the morning???) and banging from upstairs! Darkness curtains don't do any good if the sun comes in the 2" above the heating & a/c as well as the sides of the curtains. We really really needed undisturbed rest after a long drive.

such a nice hotel. my favorite parts were. the outdoor bbq. we used it. the front desk had all the utensils and spices. The indoor pool and hot tub.
