I really have no words to say, Thank you!!! I had a medical emergency that did not allow me to travel. I called the property to cancel my reservation. I had already paid for it. Vern, the owner, was kind and understanding enough to reschedule my stay for another time without. Things like this often times we don't see or experience in big citities we are mostly seen as $$$ numbers, but in small towns and family owned motels like Alamo Inn make you feel at home. I highly recommend this motel. I know it's in a secluded area. Many might feel ify about staying on a roadside motel, but it's not what you might think at all. It's well taken care of if it's a comfortable place to stay. Especially my family and I have felt safe. Yes, it is outdated a bit, but very clean, and at least for my non picky people, this is our go-to place to stay every time we travel to visit our families. I really appreciate the property owners thy go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.

I really liked the hotel. 2 hours before our arrival, the manager called us. Because we were arriving late , he told us that we can skip the check in process and go directly to our room. When we arrived at our hotel at 11pm in December, we directly entered our room. And to our amazing surprise, the manager had kept.the room ready, all the lights were on, and the room was heated and toasty. Hard to explain our happiness at entering a warm room at the end of a long journey on such a cold night . One thing that really stood out for me was the end of our phone conversation . I ended the phone call by thanking the manager. He replied, 'No. Thank YOU". He meant it. He really valued me as a customer. If there I'd any hotel I would choose in North West Navada, it is this one.

a true quintessential roadside motel of the old west, no frills but the most welcome of sights to a weary traveler. arrived after normal check in and despite not having a designated desk person I was well accommodated and got to my room, ended up seeing a (very kind)staff member who got me squared away with Ice and told me about morning coffee. the bed and pillows were honestly great, and the tv offered more channels than I possibly needed. had the room closest to the highway but the ac vent was a perfect asmr to drown out any potential night drivers.

This little gem is a favourite stopover for us at least twice a year. On occasion, we’ll stay and extra day or three here specifically, to rest up and explore the area. The host and staff are always wonderful; the rooms are always clean and comfortable; the property is easy to access, with plenty of parking, car wash is next door, and fuel/groceries is less than a minute’s drive. It’s perfect for us, and we always look forward to returning.

The first time we stayed here we were ify about the place but surprisingly it turned out a very comfortable place to stay. The room was spacious non smoking and very clean. I appreciate the smell of clean because of my allergies. This place is now our go to for our trips. Manager/Owner is very nice makes you feel welcome. Parking has enough space. It was a quite night and was able to rest up very well. Overall felt safe also.

This is our go-to to motel when we travel. Love that I can rest to continue our trip every time we stay here. I highly recommend this if you are passing by and need a place to stay.

There's nothing bad to say.

Very friendly staff and helpful staff. Check in and out was easy. Such an expected lovely spot to stay on route to local tourist places nearby. Enjoyed staying out on the picnic bench, speaking to the locals and watching the stars. Thanks also for the advice of how to get to Joshua Tree (it was our favourite way to go to-also stopped at Kelso Dunes).

We were not familiar with motels and was not sure what to expect - Alamo Inn was a nice surprise! The place was super clean, had comfortable beds and had provided everything we needed. The staff was also super friendly and we even got coffee in the morning. It was a great experience, would recommend!

Fire pit and bar-b-q available. They had firewood and even propane. We brought our own of everything as we travel prepared but this was a nice unexpected bonus that made them stand out. Loved our stay and will return again!

The staff is very hospitable and the location is exceptional . Seeing how their are mountains along both sides of the road. I found this a great place to stay. For me the area was like going back to the old west with a dose of modernization splashed into the picture, the beautiful mountains and landscape did it for me
