Facility was very clean and fresh, the room we selected online was even better than our expectations! The king sized bed was AMAZINGLY SOFT, sink right in when lay on it!

Apparently the $250 fine given to those that smoke inside the building, doesn’t apply to those who smoke weed inside their rooms. Stunk up the entire floor! The breakfast that we paid to have included with our stay was less than desirable. Wasn’t issued our vouchers for breakfast at checkin and had to go back for them. Waited close to 20 minutes (only 4 other tables with people eating) for 4 small 1/4 pcs of waffles and two eggs, all cold by the time we finally got our food. We will still come back and stay, just definitely will not pay the extra for the included breakfast and go elsewhere.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the late night staff.

I specifically called to verify there would be shuttle service to the amphitheater prior to reserving the stay. Nothing was mentioned about it at check in. At 5pm we called to get a reservation for the shuttle and we're told it was full and no additional riders would be taken. Very disappointing!

The restaurant was awesome and the waiting staff was even better, Housekeeping was extremely helpful

The check in people were a little off, They were totally occupied with other things while I was checking in, and when I tried to buy a drink and snack they were the same way?

Very friendly staff. Answered all questions and even received a compliment as we were checking in.

The only problem I had was the pool. There was a pool light pulled out and sitting on the top of the pool side. There was also way too much chlorine inside the pool. Also when I went down to the pool the next day the pool door wouldn't open and it was within pool hours with no sign saying it was closed or that they may have been working on it.

The front-deak staff were friendly and very helpful, our check-in and check-out processes were handled very quickly and efficiently Both our room and the public spaces were clean and in excellent condition.

It was hard to figure out if breakfast was free or it was restaurant style. I couldn't find it on the website. Once we arrived we were told you have to reserve breakfast to get a $10 voucher...but we did not see the option for the voucher, just that we had to pay for breakfast. On the IHG website, it said that breakfast was free but on Booking.com it said there was a fee. It wasn't a large deal but a little confusing.

The hotel couldn't find my reservation at first and I had to call Booking.com customer service to rectify the situation. I was really tired from driving all day and it took over 30 minutes for me to be checked in.

My tub was stopped up after taking a shower water wouldn’t drain also kids ran up and down hallway at 4 in morning and a lot of jumping and booming on top of my room and next door

During departure there was a very pungent smell in the elevator and lobby.

Exceptional front desk staff.

Great AC. Clean bathrooms, towels and sheets. TV was good. Double queen bed room was set up very nice.
