It was the perfect location for what we were in town for! Close to the Albertville Mall, which is one of the reasons we were in town. The staff was so kind and personable! My teenager was the first to point out how nice the staff was - she said the staff was kind and went out of their way to help... unlike other places we've stayed.
That we couldn't stay longer. We were in town for a tournament and had to leave early in the morning so we didn't have time to experience all of the hotel's amenities (specifically the pool). We will be back though!

We did not have breakfast, but I was impressed with the Keurig coffee maker in the room which made for enjoyable small cup of coffee when a lot of hotels have bad coffee. Even though we didn't this option, I liked the option to be able to get food orders from S&T.
The road coming in and the entrance, very bumpy. Also, it was hard for my quest to maneuver in her walker with the slant of the parking lot by the handicap spots, but I did like that the hadicap spots were close to the door.

Appreciate the seat & grab bars available in the accessibility room.
Tried not to get water on floor when using the seat inside the tub. Kept shower curtains inside tub as much as possible, but still caused a puddle...not sure there is a good solution for that.

Room overlooked driveway overhang so not an 'open' window view, but we booked last minute so did matter too much.

A very nice hotel. The beds were exceptional and the breakfast stupendous.
We had no daily housekeeping. We would have appreciated clean towels, washcloths, and empty wastebaskets.
