Great location! Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Great hotel staff (especially Darianna and Omar). When our rooms were ignored by housekeeping for two days, Darianna and Omar at the front desk gave us fresh towels and got our very full wastebaskets emptied

Housekeeping was disappointing. When I checked in, I was told housekeeping would empty our wastebaskets and leave fresh towels every other day, which is reasonable. Problem was, our rooms weren’t touched for 3 days and our wastebaskets were overflowing and we needed fresh towels.

The facility was under construction, so there was a lot of noise and dust, but they did their best to keep it to a minimum and I appreciated that. However, we ended up getting two queen room instead of a single king because of the construction like I had reserved.

There was no vending or ice on our floor. We had to go up or down the floor to get vending or ice.

elevator wait in general! Poor staff had yo wait up to a half hr waiting for elevator since they could not ride with customers!

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Cleanliness was good throughout. Range of options at breakfast.

Breakfast was only from 7am to 9am. Would prefer this was extended to 10am during the week as well as weekend. Very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed which was one of my main factors for staying at the Fairfield Inn. This really should be open for start of June at least. Quiet location -not ideal for non drivers.

First time at this hotel. Check-in person was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. The room was nice, with a comfortable sofa as well. Bed was comfortable. Quiet area with ample parking. Wendy's right next door and a couple of other restaurants further down the street.

Nice renovated room!! Great free breakfast despite lobby renovation project going on. Really nice staff people who really helped speed check in and check out.

Renovation work BUT the hotel will be even better yet when the renovation is finished.

We had to hold the toliet handle till it flushed. I wish there was a nightstand on both sides of bed.

People who work there were very nice, always help. The hotel was clean. Room had new couch and mattress. Sheet and towels were clean. Breakfast was very good. Very hardworking people but always nice to you.

Cisco was having a strike. Nevertheless the staff stepped up and did the best they could.

The refrigerator in my room froze my food, and it was not obvious how to adjust it.

I love breakfast it’s very clean they are very friendly and the room very nice I will always love to go there they have a nice pool , I will always look for them
