Our room was great, we loved the view and deck. The beds were comfortable and we were VERY pleased to have a refrigerator. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful when supplies were needed. The restaurant and bar were very good and we really enjoyed Nick, the bartender. Also breakfast was delicious.
The deck chairs... having two different styles was not very comfy. A small broom would have been nice as well. A bonus would have been a small microwave. When we asked about ice or the machine that we lost money in when trying to get water we were disappointed with the response of the staff.

Room was spacious. The property - main house- is beautiful and rich in history. The lobby was comfortable. The staff overall were very friendly and professional. The property was clean and you can tell they cared. I liked that there was a bar and restaurant onsite. Close beach and pool access a plus.
The room seemed to be missing essentials - like hand soap and a shower curtain. The staff was prompt respond about the shower curtain but it was expected that I put it up. Not that it was difficult but it seemed but that’s not my job. Then when the room was made up - they didn’t change the towels even though they were on the floor. The next day they changed the towels but didn’t leave face clothes. The floor was sandy as well as the bed sheets. I believe the sheets were clean but perhaps not care to keep them off the floor?

Great location in a richly historic inn, with its own private beach. Friendly staff made our stay that much more enjoyable, always helpful. A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Cherry-Ann, who did a great job providing exceptional customer service in promptly handling our requests during our 4-day stay.
Mainly the shower was MUCH too small for even just an average-sized person. Neither of us is a large person at all -- far from it -- yet simply turning around in the shower involved bumping into the door or wall. It reminded us of showering in a passenger train shower, it was so small.

Location, room, and above everything it was Rossane who made our stay perfect. Rossane was such an amazing person to help us check in and help us with all the information. We arrived in off season so there were only a few cars around but it was pleasant to not be crowded. The room was by far the best room (Room 150) with views facing the sea with little beach at your doorstep and I mean literally 10 steps away. The room was a suite with a kitchen, living room, dining table, great bedroom, and bathroom. I mean everything was spotless and beautifully presented. We love this place and wish we stayed longer. I beg you do not listen to other negative reviews because you will miss out on a gem of a place. If you visit go to Liz's Cafe, they are a small cozy restaurant, and try the mussels with spaghetti, absolutely beautiful.

Great location, nice views even if you don’t have a water facing room and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the day. They left us a nice bottle of champagne for our anniversary which was amazing! There was a conference there that never got in our way as the place is nicely spread out.
The carpet really needs to be replaced. The rooms were clean but in the back section where we were the room carpet and the hallway was old and musty. The room carpet was really bad.

Location is beautiful. Bed was comfortable and loved sitting on our deck and easy access to the beach. Easy parking. Food at pool bar was great. Hotel is aging somewhat gracefully and has a number of interesting murals of the area history.
Few services other than pool. No housekeeping surprised us. Bathroom sink was minuscule. Few and subpar shampoos, etc. Kids’ room overlooked a wall. Surprisingly low value for the price.

Location of the Inn is excellent at the end of Provincetown. If you want to be in the center of town this is not the spot for you. Beautiful ocean views and large pool. Bed very comfortable. I had the room closest to the pool and the housekeeper's supply area so not the best room location but fine. Breakfast was excellent though and cost about $17 not including tip for an all you can eat buffet. This was easy and fast if you don't want to to go into town and wait to be seated.
Value for price wasn't the greatest. Room was $422/night including the taxes. Free coffee included (which was okay, not great). Deadbolt on hallway door was not operational though the key card worked fine. I reported it to the front desk. I would not stay here again unless I can get a better price since I was not sharing the room. If you like to have a lovely pool though and good poolside drinks and food, this is your spot.

The location is the best in Provincetown for family vacation! Breakfast was really nice for a reasonable price (I guess it was $16 and $8 for a child). The hotel is decorated with hundreds of picture that will interest those who are fond of history. The pool area was clean and we loved that there were wide steps on both sides of the pool. This way my 4 years old child felt more independent since she spent more time playing on the steps of the pool. Patsy who worked at the pool was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. She even helped to find my towel when some guy took it by mistake!
The bathroom door in our room was super dirty. I understand it reminds you that the hotel is old and historical but I hope the hotel management finds some time to clean such doors during the off season. The bathroom is super small, but we booked the most affordable room (the only one left - had no choice) - so, it's ok. The pool and the beach was overcrowded on summer Friday, but it kind of make sense and we will avoid Fri and weekends next time.

This hotel came as a surprise for me and my daughter . It was like winning a lotto . I booked it without knowing the connection of the place to history. When we reached there it was at the end of cape cod and the whole town is connected to the history . The way they have kept the place is commendable. Everything was classical . Will be going back with all of the family in coming weeks along with our dog as have to check whether it’s our friendly or not !!! It was that our whale watch place was 7mins drive from there but it came out to be a bonus !!! We walked in those streets and it was like the time stood still !!!! Thx
Everything was good !!!!

This hotel has a wonderful location at the point north of Provincetown, with direct views over the ocean and sound. We had a room with ocean view along with a little patio that was lovely to sit in. It is a historic hotel --originally built in the 1930s and expanded and updated since then--and has many interesting murals about the history of Provincetown, along with some cool historic features like a very charming pub and lobby with stained glass lamps. The hotel is older, so some of the common areas look old fashioned. But the rooms have been updated very nicely with modern bathrooms and amenities
