I’ve stayed with extended stay for a while, as I was waiting for my house to be ready. I would like to thank Mr. Deniro (front desk staff member) for his excellent customer service. He as well as Ms. Sophia made my stay comfortable. Kudos also to the housekeeper- Mr. Seth. He made sure we were giving all our necessary necessities daily and always with a smile. Lastly, the manager Ms. Eunice did her best to accommodate me and my family during our stay. Thanks again to you all..!!

It was convenient to my second job. I needed to take a shower and change clothes cause I just got off my first job, which is in Ellicott City, and my second job is off of Columbia Gateway. When I got off work from my second job, I ended up staying the night since I paid for the room.The room was really nice comfortable bed.

Staff was ok. No one at the desk to greet you when I entered the facility, but they had a big monitor letting you know you're being recorded. Didn't have a bell or anything to get attendant, so I yelled HELLO.... a few times. Then someone came out. Other than that, it was ok.

There was no breakfast even though they said breakfast was included, I was so disappointed.

Checking in was not good, there was no body at the front desk, we stood there for about 10-15mints to the point that I was forced to call the front desk, before a guy reluctantly came out and checked me in. So they need to improve on that.

I would like to give a shout out to the Supervisor - Ms. Eunice and Ms. Sophia and the entire housekeeping staff especially Mr. Seth. They have made my stay very comfortable and pleasant..!! Kiddos 🫶🏾🫶🏾

Totally surprised that there was a kitchen in the room. Room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you're going to be around 2+ days (just to get full use of room)

Breakfast...actually calling coffee and granola bar breakfast didn't hit well with me. Shouldn't be advertising breakfast included.

The staff has great hospitality and care about your needs they go to the fullest extent to help you and provide for you to have a safe and better stay... I would recommend this to families couples and business people!!!!🤩🤩

i liked the location and how large the rooms were

the mattress was a little wonky and hurt but overall it wasn’t bad. the kitchen and bathroom could use a remodel

Property secluded just enough that you didn't have to drive too far for meals. The room was exceptional. Nice sized table for a lap top. I will be back again. I needed quiet to study for college exam.

No complaints here. Everything was great.

Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Decent amount of channels on TV.

Bathroom and floor could have been cleaner. Wish they had smoking rooms
