The property was conveniently located, clean, the swimming pool was clean. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Overall the hotel pricing was good of value. I loved the breakfast offerings.

I did not like having to request that my room be cleaned, because if you forgot, your would not be cleaned until the following day. The cleaning staff would be gone by 3:00 pm. I did not like having to request new linen everyday from the front desk staff . I did not like when turkey sausage was not offered for breakfast,

Everything was great, the breakfast could be better.

I didnt like not like being told or informed that there is a deposit now. For the poor blue collar working class we have to account for every penny. I think that needs to be mentioned on all avenues u book a room. Because some of us need that extra 20 to 200 for the rest of our trip. Since if we use a card it takes 2 to 3 days to get it back. Which it shouldn't because u get it that day or night we check in. So we should get it back the next day when we check out.

Mrs.stephine was very kind and sweet and made you feel welcome♥️❣️💯 and plus tha housekeeper staff was awesome💖💯 and yes will go again 😎rooms was very nice and clean😜🎉 soooooooo.... Watch this tho even tho you had to walk up and down tha stairs🥺🥺🤔🤔 because tha elevator wasn't working🤬🤬 so that's all that was wrong but shit I need to loose some dam weight🥶 so them stairs did me some justice 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Wi-Fi was excellent. Never lost signal and stayed connected. Staff was so nice and helpful. We were placed in a room and the TV needed programming. Maintenance was sent immediately with a new room key. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was always busy working but greeted us every time we saw them whether in the hallways or lobby. I am very pleased with my stay and definitely will return!!!

Nothing really. Possibly the fact that there is only one elevator in the hotel and our room was at the opposite end of the hall on the third floor. It made for A LOT of walking 🤣.

Rooms were clean beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. My 1 year grandson all curled up in bed and fell straight to sleep. So I would say he was comfortable too. 😊 The last in the front was very nice and explained all fees and I knew what I was paying. I didn't have to play a guessing game. She was amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

I was a little confused that the numbers to the room started on the high end.

There are many things I liked about my stay and one is great customer service from the front desk but Andrea went far an beyond with helping me find my son who had went to breakfast and some how went back to the wrong floor and it was Andrea who found him and walked him back to my room Thank you Andrea for your help and concern as to my son whereabouts my room was very clean and comfortable the breakfast was great also. ❤️❤️❤️ Andrea Thanks a million ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Having to leave

It was good until a roach appeared while brushing my teeth this morning. I reported it at check out but was only told we need to get pest control to spray. I was not giving any type of discount on my current room nor upon a later return. I was not given an apology either.

The bed was one of the more comfortable beds I've stayed on in quite some time. To top everything off, the hot water in the shower was a dream, nice and hot and stayed that way. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. There was nothing wrong with it, but it wasn't anything more than I expected either. There was a large business group there, so the poor staff was catching fits trying to keep coffee made.

I had a bit of a problem when I first arrived I reserved for a extend king bedroom and when I got there all the room were taken. Of course my family and I were upset and it's nothing that could've been done that night. I was more considering because the girl at the front desk was new. So we ended up getting a twin However, the representative ( from bookings) & the manager was on top of everything and gave me a half refund. The king bedroom was CLEAN I GIVE Props TO THE HOUSEKEEPERS ! with a lot of space, bed was so comfortable, plus the had a sofa bed and the staff was very polite. They even had breakfast in the morning. Nearby: it's a lot of near by places cracker barrel, Walmart , wing stop, pizza spot, Wendy ,and etc all of these are walking distance. I would recommend this to someone & will be visiting again.
