Hotel with an excellent location for the French Quarter On the one hand, a quiet and pleasant hotel to sleep in at night And on the other hand, it is literally within walking distance of everything of interest in the city Excellent room service, very neat and clean. This is a recommended hotel for anyone who wants to be close and feel away from the noise on the street.

The entrance and exit from the hotel are a bit strange The hotel does not have a lobby from the street, you have to take the elevator to get to the lobby. The hotel does not have a dining room. There is a reasonable and modest breakfast buffet.

Very nice room, super comfortable beds and linens, great location, quiet. Good water pressure in the nice walk-in shower, plenty of hot water. Really liked the electric blackout shades. We also really liked that we could pair our phone to the t.v. so we could listen to music through the t.v. speakers. The hotel was close enough to so many things but far enough from Bourbon St to be reasonably quiet. We LOVED that they put us on the 10th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful if we needed anything. We also felt it was very reasonably priced.

This isn't something that can be fixed but it was a very confusing hotel logistically. Having to take 2 different elevators to other parts of the hotel was weird and we got lost numerous times. Also, the hallways of the hotel were positively FRIGID. We couldn't believe how COLD the hotel was. Fortunately, we had control of our room temperature and we were comfortable and cozy. We didn't want our room serviced every day but halfway through, we did and removed the Do Not Disturb sign, yet no one serviced the room. We asked the front desk the next morning and it was serviced while we were out for the day.

Had rooms on the 9th and 10th floor and both floors were very quiet in the evenings, even on Friday night when the streets were bustling. Room was well laid out, clean, and had all the typical amenities needed. Helpful to offer breakfast and Starbucks on site, though they are only open until 10:30am.

Would have preferred for our three rooms to have been on the same floor so we could keep the family together, but good to know the hotel was all booked up! Needing to take two separate elevators up to the rooms was a little confusing at first.

The property is walking distance to where all the bars and restaurants are. It’s away from the main streets, but most definitely walking distance (5-8 minutes to be exact). I felt safe at the property and our room had a lovely lounge area with a couch and second TV. Having daily housekeeping was wonderful as well.

There really wasn’t anything I can complain about. It would be nice if the property had an on-site restaurant. But in reality, staff were respectful and did their job well. The hotel feels older but also well taken care.

Service was friendly at every turn. The property was clean and comfortable, and the suites were spacious. Plus, the shared elevator with the Ritz Carlton is a great bonus - being able to walk through the Ritz Carlton and exit Canal Street makes it much easier to coordinate with ride share drivers. This is the third time I've stayed at the property for Tales of the Cocktail, and everything about the hotel is perfect for this purpose: Great location, great price, and a solid distance away from Bourbon Street's madness.

The hotel is in a great location! And valet parking easy! Just a 2 minute walk to bourbon St, but far enough from the nightlife noise. Room a very good size with a little kitchenette bed comfortable shower good and hotel very clean, the house keeping were amazing after having a little problem they sorted it right away and very apologetic. Thank you!! We would stay again

We had an issue with our key card not working on the second day, but it was sorted. We had another little problem with the room but the house keeping made up for that! So thankful to them! We waited for 40 minutes for our car after check out, but nothing to complain about he had a busy day checking our cars!

I piked the hotel based on location, so obvisouly this was great. I was expectin a good room, but it definitely was an amazing room. I wish I wasn't all the way to the back of the hotel.... but it was a great room. Maybe a bit too pricey...

I wish the room was a bit more affordable. Or maybe that it included some kind of breaksfast or refresment. I know there is an app for check in and out, but without this, it is a busy hotel, I wish thes precesses were a bit faster. But I guess its not fault of the hotel, they probably love being busy.

Very clean the staff was very pleasant.

The location was hard to find especially since the street is partially closed down due to construction. Horrible right now. I think driving instructions should be sent out how to get to the location. We drove around almost 25 minutes, trying to figure out how to get there. We finally stopped and asked a guy and he said he was staying there and it was hard to find. However, we ended up calling and the lady was so pleasant and she stayed on the phone until we got there!!! Great customer service.

Nice hotel. I liked the set up of two-King-bed room with the bathroom in between. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely come back.

There was no sign for entrance to enter Courtyard. Customers have to take the elevator to go to the 2nd floor to check in. There should have been a sign at entrance to direct customers to do that. We were confused as we did not know if we entered the right entrance so we had to go around the building to ask and was told where to enter and took the elevator to 2nd floor to check in. A sign is a must.

The double king room was fantastic. Big enough for 5 of us for a girls' trip weekend. The location is excellent, walking distance to about anything in the French Quater. It was clean and well stocked. Easy to get extra pillows and blankets. Nice shower and comfy beds. They even let us check-in early which after a redeye flight was an unexpected luxury.

One bed frame was broken when we got there. Took awhile to get maintenance up to fix it, not they're fault though they were given the wrong room number but the wait did rob my couple hour window for a nap after redeye flight. Would 100% stay here again anyway.
