The staff was wonderful about my son needing bandaids and with breakfast in the morning for my picky daughter. The shower pressure was great and there were plenty of towels.

I asked for a note to be left in the room for my son to find upon booking the RSVP. At check in I learned rooms are not assigned until check in, so the staff could not have done this, even though they agreed to it.

The property inside and out was extremely cleaned. The staff were not rude! And, that is a big thing for me! We will not stay where we feel like we are intruding so to say. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Kids definitely approved! We had fun at the pool. We will most certainly start staying here. We have been to most of all the hotels in Houma and this one is by far in my opinion the best. I look at it in the perspective of customer service, and again best by far!

I don’t have any complaints

Breakfast was better than average for this price range. Waffles eggs sauage bagels drinks muffins cereals etc Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. No complaints, at all. Roomy. Near airport but not noticeably noisy.

Satisfied, nothing to complain about. Personally, could have enjoyed a bit more water pressure in the shower, but it was nonetheless more than adequate to get the job done.

Payment situation. We do d not expect a hold on our credit card when we arrived. Then we had wanted to pay cash for our visit and were then charged again on the credit card for our stay. So we have double payments pending on our credit card for 1 might and 2 rooms of over $600.00 until 5/26 a full week after our stay! I will contact the hotel! This is ridiculous!

Staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. We went to the room and used black light, the room was exceptionally clean, the room was fresh. The pool was great, and the location was easy to get to. The breakfast was amazing; sausage, bacon, eggs, and waffles, the was also cereal. The rooms were quiet.

There are no views.

It was late on Sunday no staff to make it but the front desk attendant made it happen.

No shampoo or conditioner or body wash and no extra towels for pool area.
