Very friendly and welcoming staff. Super clean room and all common areas. Breakfast was fine

Had a problem finding the hotel the first night but that was down to layout of the city and poor street signage rather than a problem for the hotel.

Nice staff and good location.

Bed sheets were noticeably dirty with stains and the bathtub faucet was broken.

The staff where very nice.....breakfast was good

Had poor shower pressure in room 125......also whatever they clean the floors with needs to be improved....I walk around in socks always and the bottom of socks ended up pretty dirty.....that wasn't good at all.

The desk clerk was extremely helpful, beyond expectations, in our getting our electric vehicle charged during our stay, even furnishing transportation in his personal vehicle.

Well the ice machine is out but I understand can’t get part in think they should invest in a new one they are remodeling so breakfast was a brown bag with a muffin and honey bun not happy about that but understand

Breakfast could have been a little more then what you had and a way to get us ice would have been nice as much as we pay for a room

Courteous, Helpful, Caring , Good location, Safe, Affordable, Clean. Thank you Quality Inn for your services during our time of need. We had a return trip for funeral. Manager and Staff accommodated us with error made in reservation , no fault of their own. I texted because we were delayed. So glad I did!!

I had confirmation and pin for Booking but Hotel had no reservation for me. Fortunately for us they had a room available and booked me at an affordable rate. We were back in town for a funeral and did not need the additional stress.
