I really liked having the kitchenet, I will need to remember to bring my own utensils next time, but being able to fix a few things in the room was great. I also liked the whirlpool tub it needs directions on use because of damaged controls but once I figured it out my back said wonderful.

Putting a key activated back door on the rear would be nice but I understand why the door is locked. and having key cards that worked consistently would be better than having to go get a new one every time I left for a few hours.

I stayed at the Howard Johnson's on the West Kellogg and I was very impressed by the office help have they very alert even though I checked in late. I could have used a little bit more breakfast in the morning with the corona thing hasn't expired at their building yet. But I don't know the rooms were very clean I was very impressed with that and made service and everything else was superb couldn't ask for a better stay. I saw everybody customers included was very courteous about where their pets went to the bathroom and I brought my pet with me and we had a superb time.

I would have liked to have known about the breakfast in the morning being still extinct because of the corona because I might have picked a different location or a different spot just because I like to get up and eat something in the morning take my medicine and off with my day

The staff is always friendly, understanding and kind. I do not feel judged when staying while my access to affordable housing is limited.

The only concern I had was resolved as the misunderstanding was our room number and a mess we had not made. When in doubt photograph the room upon arrival and checking out.

Wish that was amazing it was great they stayed out of my way I stayed on the bears if I needed anything they are coming to me and got everything that I needed they did not complain they had nothing but smiles on their face it was amazing thank you guys so much

We love the location. It has a lot of food places around it and right off the highway.

The room we had this time, the shower wasn't the greatest, and we ended up with 2 queens instead of a king. And the bathroom was very small.

Staff was friendly, Airport Shuttle is an amazing amenity, Rooms were clean. Fridge in the room is a great idea. It was what we needed

It is mentioned that Breakfast is included, whereas breakfast was limited to some supermarket bought cereal bars and some coffee.

All that was left for breakfast was a granola bar whic was okay but not great. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable and hotel was very quiet so we got a good nights sleep. Check in staff person was very nice.

Wish there was a better grassy area to walk our dog that wasn’t so close to moving traffic but we managed.

You can't tell this is by an airport. I barely heard an airplane. My son and I were able to sleep very comfortably.

There isn't anything wrong I can say. I will definitely return here.

I like the location of the hotel. It provides a nice exit to the highway.

There's not much I don't like. They met all my expectations.

Staff was very friendly. Good location. Very quiet.
