The young girl is really friendly, very patient. I didnt catch her name, but anytime i travel to wichita shes the one who always checks me in. This Hotel is always my choice when i stay In wichita ks, The first time i stayed here i was extreamly pleased! It has been my choice each time i stay there and i am still very pleased, I love how comforable the beds are hands down the best beds i have ever slept on in any hotel that i have been at. The room and RR is very clean. I have stayed here 4 times and it hasnt dissapointed me at all any of the times.

Only thing i would say would be the check out. It would of been nicer if checkout would be at 12:00pm instead of 11am.

Nice, clean, friendly staff

The breakfast was all gone when we arrived at 9:20. We watched a man tell the ladies in the kitchen that everything was empty. We sat at our table and waited for them to fill everything up again and all they brought out was a few sausage patties and 4 cheese omelets. Not good

Staff was so sweet and kind. I lost my son and I talk to them and they were amazing.

The stairs could you a good sweeping and the staff for breakfast needs to make sure everyone is gone,they turned the lights out on me as I was eating. No warning nothing just in the dark.

Breakfast on Sunday ran out of coffee and staff did not know it for about half an hour, so I found staff to refill it. Also toilet ran all the time unless I jiggle the lever.

The room was very comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room service attendees were very polite and friendly.

The night shift front desk staff was very rude. They acted as if they didn't want to be there. I called the front desk and was dismissed by the staff beforemy questionswere answered. Then I called again and they didn't answer. So I had to go to the front desk, only for them to make funny gestures behind my back.

I thought the hotel was in a great location, very cozy and the breakfast was very good! will definitely stay again. I also did enjoy that the pool was open and we were able to get some use out of it. overall great hotel.

There was not anything that i felt was wrong with the hotel.

We liked the location and HIE always is a good value.

the ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work and the one on the 3rd floor had a water puddle around it, (probably melted ice). could have become a slipping hazard.

I liked the breakfast, the biscuits and gravy hit the spot. Easy check-in and good value.

The receptionist at check-in was not very pleasant, maybe having a bad day. But she was not very audible.

Stay was great. Price was good. Staff was kind. Rooms were clean. We got new towels the next day with out asking. AMAZING!!

Handicap accessible not really provable because you sit at one end of the tub and the shower nozzle doesn’t even hit you when you sit there and I am not able to stand so I would sit on the bench that was at the back of the tub in the shower nozzle didn’t even hit me in the head I mean the water didn’t even hit me in the head it was just so I didn’t even get to take a shower I had to sit in my wheelchair and lean over the bathtub to get my hair wet so that’s OK didn’t have far to go to get home and actually take a shower but everyone that it was great thank you
