Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was accommodating. We were fortunate to be able to switch rooms with family members that better fit the needs of our family size (four children 6 & under).

I asked if I could upgrade my room to a suite when we got there and I was told the rooms were full for that night. That's not anyone's fault necessarily, just was frustrating I didn't plan better.

location is perfect for shopping & dining. Also very comfortable beds. We had a good nights of sleep, during our stay there. The breakfast had good options to choose from.

Ours eyes burnt instantly walking into the pool area. The chlorine was sooo strong!!! My daughter’s friend started with an olive green swimsuit. She went home with it being gray. The breakfast area could’ve been kept up on better, during breakfast hours. A lot of ppl didn’t have utensils to eat with from going empty. We had to sit at dirty, sticky tables as well.

The breakfast was great! Everything was clean and neat. The pool area was nice, and there were plenty of towels.

There were a few things that needed to be fixed. The drawer between the beds needed the handle fixed; the shower water valve needs to be fixed; plastic around the 4th floor elevator button needs to he replaced (wires exposed).

Hotel was clean and tidy. Location was good and close to our venue.

Breakfast was ok. We stayed for 6 days and 5 out of the 6 days were eggs and potatoes. The first day we had breakfast there was sausage gravy and biscuits but never had them again for the other 5 days, it was disappointing.

Breakfast amazing. Great selections. Plenty of seating. No lines.

Absolutely only thing I could critique is that the pool room air was saturated with chlorine and stung nostrils making it hard to breathe.

The pillows were awful and made for a difficult sleep.

The beds are incredibly comfortable as are the pillows! Everything was great except our thermostat quit working through the night.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and just the right distance of the interstate. Checkin was easy and pleasant. Breakfast was standard for this type. Had something for everyone.

We were on the fourth floor. Ceiling was thin and the elephants above us made it difficult to sleep. I would request top floor if you are a light sleeper

Description is false I put airport shuttle on filter they do not offer shuttle and cost me 50 bucks to get to airport I would of stayed somewhere else

Convenient location! Very clean! Friendly staff!

Pool was very chilly for the winter! And chlorine quite strong! But very clean! Will stay again! And breakfast was great!
