I liked everything about this hotel! We were travelling across America and stayed at ten hotels. This was my favourite of them all.

Nothing comes to mind.

Location was good and close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Good idea having the squeezable soap dispensers in shower and at sink unless you have arthritis in your hands. They were difficult to squeeze. Around 2:30 am there was a lot of noise/talking in hallway. Thought it was visitors but then realized it was staff getting ready for cleaning later. It lasted for over an hour waking us up and making it difficult to get back to sleep It's ok to begin getting prepared for your day, but please do it silently or at least in a whisper not talking down the hallway to each other

I like the modern feel of the facilities. The room was very comfy. I could have used a second set of sheets or blankets because my husband steals the one on the bed during the night. It's a thing.

Even though it is better for the environment, the paper cups in the room were wrapped individually. It sort of loses the environmental aspect of carbon neutrality of the whole thing. Just saying.

Location was great, I didn't eat any because you have no options for someone that has restrictions, I can't have gluten or dairy. You all had an apple that I could eat. Now just so you know I am not bitch. You can't cater to everyone. I am just saying I didn't eat breakfast because there we're no options for me. Not, I don't do this because I want to. It medical induced.

Just some more options that are there for us that can't eat everything.

This has become our go-to location when we travel to Auburn. It is tucked away enough from the interstate but is near everything that we need. We have always encountered friendly staff and appreciate the work that they do to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Walls are a bit thin and I wish it was easier to turn left out of the driveway. No other issues.

The way everything was set up and looked nice

The fact you have to ask to get your room cleaned before the 5th day and they only start you out with 3 towels,most people do not like to ask the front desk for more towels and stuff just because they don't want to look needy ,since we have a baby in dippers I ended up having to take the trash out the room so it would not sink, I just think when you have a long stay your room should be cleaned at least every other day unless you put up the Do not disturb sign on the door, other then that I love the place I would be a perfect place if it was like cleaned like normal pre- covid,thank you

The front desk staff when I checked in was so pleasant and nice. Brenda did a great job answering my questions and checking me in. After a long day, she made it much brighter. The breakfast was very good and a lovely variety. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I'll stay there again if I'm in the area.

Room has all you need for 1 overnight stay. Bed was comfortable. We liked the bathroom wall soap dispensers. Plenty of plugs for electronics. Lots of parking for long bed truck with bikes on back rack. Breakfast had good offerings.

Trash can at the outside door was full with trash on the ground when we arrived. Made us wonder. We entered with no one at the check in counter. Wondering again. Didn't realize check in person was sitting at a far table, opposite wall using a phone. Stood there a bit waiting for someone. Person came to counter. She was not personable but tended to our reservation.

A new "trendy" hotel, our room was very nicely appointed and clean, large screen TV, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. They were very helpful at the service desk. In many ways an impressive place!

The sound insulation for the door and walls of our room seemed to be inadequate. For example, someone in the neighboring room had left their TV on all night. Although it was not particularly loud, we could hear it clearly in our room and in the hallway, and it disturbed our sleep. The staff was very apologetic, and they suggested they could have helped if we had notified them earlier.

Design, comfortable bed, no hotel smells old cigarettes etc.hard floors in the suite. I'm going to write your place down so I can come again next time
