Liked that all of the standards one would expect from a hotel were actually a notch or more above standard. The level of cleanliness was exceptional which always goes a long way for most. The staff was pleasant and helpful as well. Having a designated smoking area, away from the entrance and not heavily utilized helps. The nicest feature overall was the Smart Tv in my room and being able to catch up with my favorite shows and the beautiful layout of the room, along with the soundless surroundings, all of which enhanced my period of resting.

I didn’t find anything I didn’t like or found unpleasant.

Just a wonderful hotel. Room was super clean and comfortable. Pillows and sheets ++++ Breakfast was very good. The hotel is less than a year old...feels brand new!

The only slight negative is that the nearby highway does create a background sound all night long....but it would not deter me from saying here again - with a request for the other side of the building if possible.

Good location for my needs. Bright, open lobby. Decent breakfast. Generally quiet. Appreciated both black-out curtains and privacy shade so I could still have light come in.

No coffee available during check-in. Bed was hard and pillows too fat--should have a variety of pillows. Room number on my bill (309) did not match my actual room (339). No grab bars in shower.

I know it's a new facility and everything is so fresh and clean. Breakfast had options and I appreciate the laundry room on site.

The only minor thing was that one of the housekeepers tried to enter the room not knowing that i wasn't checked out until a few days later. It was miscommunication considering they were still in a hiring process.

Location, availability, cleanliness, and a Staff member whom was. God sent individual in the time of need. Please applaud Kris as he deserves an Employee of the month or year award!

Kids running down the hall knocking on the doors!! The toilet seat was not sturdy and the Kuerig machine was not functioning properly.

Spacious rooms, clean facilities

Called front desk to request late check out(Granted for 12pm) but wasn't communicated with housekeeping. Was approached 2 times at door about check out and front desk called to let me know when I was supposed to leave. Very annoying but nonetheless I checked out..

It was very quiet and nice.

I didn’t like that when I was trying to use my chime card they considered it prepaid and how rude the reception was. she looked at me like I was a scammer and questioned me if I was coming back or not when we was going to use my husband card.

Have stayed a couple of times now, and the cleanliness of your building and the kindness of your staff will keep me coming back.

The location is off the path, and you need to travel to find food or drink, but that doesn't affect me enough to lower a rating because of it

Very clean! The location is excellent for what we needed, everything was near by. The staff is amazing. Our group was greeted by everyone with a smile, and a hello, good morning, good night or whatever friendly greeting you can think of. I will definitely book again when returning to the area.
