The hotel and the rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice.

The horribly unfashionable and frustratingly unusable “control-a-roll” toilet paper dispensers in every bathroom. For such a nice hotel these were a horrible decision. I would expect to see these in a trashy gas station restroom (that I most likely would decline using).

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Room was clean and large. Very happy with the reception of our goldendoodle.

The breakfast was not as good as expected. Biscuits were very so hard couldn't cut with a knife or crumble for gravy. Lighting in the bathroom was horrible. Requested a new light bulb and was brought one that was worse that the one flickering. Then it turned pink.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean, and the staff was wonderful. The location is in walking distances to multiple options to eat dinner.

The pillows are very flat. I wish they would have had a water bottle filling machine & the ice machine wasn't working well.

The staff was great very accommodating, and we enjoyed our room.

We had been excited to use the pool but before we could get through the door to the pool room we were punched in the face with the stench of chlorine. The windows were even open and it was still bad.

The room was pleasant. I did not have to struggle with the temperature. The heat was perfect.

There was confusion concerning my bill, but the staff member was polite and worked through it.

Have been to this facility many times. Generally clean and friendly staff.

Requested handicapped room and/or room near the elevator as my wife has a walker. Neither request was granted.

My dad got sick before we left Chicago - he was unable to come with us. The staff was very accommodating given the late circumstances.
