I stay in a lot of hotels, mostly in the Comfort Hotel collection, this was the FIRST trurely handicapped accessible hotel I have ever stayed in despite asking. This hotel was designed for handicapped customers from day one and it shows.. from the lowered check in desk (making it accessible and easy for wheelchair users) to the huge floor level shower which can accommodate a wheelchair or walker ( I used the fold down seat in the shower) Beyond that, breakfast was perfect with real plates and silverware ( a first for hotel breakfasts). Overall it was a wonderful place to stay

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Suite was wonderful, especially the whirlpool bathroom, which was huge. Very nice indeed.

The timer for the whirlpool bath was a slight inconvenience, which was located on the wall, next to the bathroom light switch. I believe the timer was to last 25 minutes, but the jets stopped much sooner, and one must get out of the tub and walk across the room to restart. Also, the jets are extremely loud, but I believe it's because of the size and acoustics of the room. Additionally, I believe the curtains could have been hung better to keep light from coming in - I had to use clamps to ensure overlap of curtains in the middle was closed while keeping the sides in a place to prevent light entering as well. The bedroom currents appeared to possibly be hung backwards - left side on right, and vice-versa.

We rented a room and received a suite, ample and spacious, with a large living room. Bathroom was very large as well. There were two desks, and a microwave, frig and coffee maker. Very clean and very quiet.

Everything was fantastic, but a couple suggestions. Would have been nice to have facial tissue, and a bar for towels near the shower. Most importantly, a nightlight, or less powerful lighting option for the bathroom at night as the bulbs were way too bright.

The room was very large and the beds were extra comfortable! I'd accidentally booked an accessible room, and I was really pleased that they moved us to a regular room to make that room available for someone who might need it!

The front desk seemed to need some additional staff - it took longer than expected to check in because they were trying to resolve an issue with a future reservation. I appreciate their customer focus, though.

The restaurant downstairs was absolutely amazing!  it was great that they gave a breakfast with the restaurant.  it was spacious and clean.  since we were visiting Oliver, the location was absolutely perfect. 

The hotel itself is a bit dated,  but it was totally acceptable. The elevator was a little sketchy though. 

When I walked in the lady that checked us in was very nice, smiling. Happy customer service excellent later that night we went out. Me and my boys said have a good time. I’ll be here when you get back if you need anything excellent customer service again.

I LOVED the staff, cleanliness, hot water, water pressure, location, free breakfast SHOUT OUT TO "LUIS"!!!!!!!, attached restaurant, did I mention the STAFF?? EVERYTHING!! THANK YOU!! Front desk, Servers in restaurant, ALL professional, kind, accommodating, even during a snow storm! I'm so happy I found this place as I work in the area and live in Chicago. It's been a life saver during challenging weather and an EARLY morning work schedule. I'm so appreciative. ☺️

If I had to pick something, which is REALLY being nitpicky! I would say, the coffee. But the free made-to-order breakfast, juice, muffins, etc.... outweighs mediocre coffee.

Staff, Attached Restaurant, Food, Drinks, Hospitality, Location, Hot water, Water pressure, Breakfast, ALWAYS FRIENDLY, professional, accommodating STAFF, Servers, chefs, cooks, and HOMEMADE food. BEST SERVERS in the entire BRADLEY area. HOPE, LOUIS, are the BEST!!! TIP THEM WELL!!! THEY DESERVE IT. Great music, food and drinks right there in your hotel!! EXTRA BONUS. ☺️

A better choice of coffee could be a simple fix The coffee pot in the room should be cleaned, and better coffee offered. I realize these requests seem petty, but $100/night is not an inexpensive room. Supplying quality coffee, is a very simple addition. I understand that everyone is short-staffed, but I believe we can all do better! Cleaning the rooms should be a priority. Every detail should be addressed. No excuses. I can say that your employees ARE AMAZING, and should be compensated for the service they offer RIGHT NOW!! It's because of them, I have returned! THANK you, and stay safe~ HOPE, Johanna (SP?
