Everything was clean, updated, and fresh. Was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. And the room was a comfortable size. Your staff was very kind and friendly

I could not roll up my shade in the room to let any light in it was broken. Your alarm clock in the room is as bright as the sun, I had to put a towel over it to go to sleep.

Everything was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable plus extra pillows in the closet. Very clean. Free breakfast was terrific.

I think the hot tub and pool should be open till 11 p.m. and not 9 p.m., at least for adults only. It's hard to get back from events before 9 p.m. We requested a late checkout just so we would be able to utilize this amenity.

Friendly staff, noticeably clean throughout the property, great amenities, delicious hot breakfast with many choices, very comfortable room with updated bathroom and furniture, including the patio furniture. Nice pool and workout room and indoor seating area near the lobby.

Would also appreciate on-site laundry facility.

This hotel was centrally located for my friends to pick me up for the various adventures we were planning to go on. It was exceptionally quiet and clean, and unbelievably comfortable. The room I had was perfect for my stay, the hair dryer was awesome (not just a rinky-dink travel dryer), and the shower was hot and had great pressure. The gentleman at the front desk, I think his name was Gerardo, was very welcoming and attentive. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast (my friends had restaurants they wanted to take me to) but it smelled fantastic, and the breakfast area was very cute and seating was ample. One of my favorite parts was the lighting of the room. All very easy to access and provided plenty of lighting options for times of day or TV watching. The hotel is near train tracks, but surprisingly you could only really hear the rumble and it sounded more like just a big truck driving by than anything. The horns were even muffled and just sort of nice background noise. There honestly, wasn't anything I didn't like! I even told my friends I would recommend that as the hotel for anyone else coming to visit.

Comfortable and clean.

Most other hotels have the pool area open after 9pm. Most are anywhere from 10-12pm but never 9pm. That was a huge disappointment for us.

the best thing was the staff. They were all extremely kind and helpful! From the front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond! The hotel has a great atmosphere, easy lobby and outdoor areas to hang out with families.

Great Beds. Friendly accomdating staff. The pool area and hot tub was great and very clean. It turned out that it was right across the street to what we were in Aurora for. Was a great place to stay and was one of the best hotel I've stayed in. Will be back there next year for sure.

All the items in the Breakfast were very tasty and delicious. We all (all my family members - 4 members - including one college student and one High school student) felt the same and we exchanged our opinions and thought multiple times about our experience throughout our 4 day trip to Aurora, Chicago and Dearborn, MI, where we stayed at different hotels in all those 3 locations. We felt it as the best; we felt that the food was prepared with so much attention and care; we felt the room was very spacious compared to all those hotels we visited so far in the US during last 12 years and clean and hygienic.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and very up to date! The pool and hot tub were great, and so was the free breakfast! Most of all the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing that I didn't like.

I loved the Dove products in the bathroom. The room was very spacious. I loved the lighting in the room and the large television on the wall.

The only thing that I could complain about was the noise. The people on my floor would talk very loud in the hallway. And on Saturday night, around 3am, a man was screaming at the top of his lungs, arguing with someone.
