The room was bigger than I expected and had a lot of extra plugs everywhere that were easy to find. The water got extra hot and the air conditioner was great! The staff was so helpful and polite. The hotel was very busy and we witnessed a lot of difficult guests prior to us checking in and the staff had so much patience and grace with them, we were very impressed. A+++

The beds were a little worn but okay. We did notice that there was some hair in the shower prior to us using it, the kitchen utensils/dishes/supplies were lacking and the entrance of the hotel was so confusing to find, especially in the dark.

The facilities were VERY clean. The pool water was clean. And it wasn’t hot and humid in there like other pools. The tile and windows were clean. My room was spotless. Beds are comfy. Even though it was next to the freeway, it was quiet at night. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. It’s close to everything ! The lake is so close! That’s definitely a bonus!

The property around it needs to be updated. It looks sketchy from the road and driving up to the hotel was odd because of the empty Sheri’s building and parking lot. It doesn’t match how nice the hotel actually was. My daughter said that the 5ft pool depth sign had green sludge around it. Also, the rooms need fridges!!!

Amazing location. Close to the road to drive around lake. Easy to walk to the city center. Supermarket in a walk distance. Literally 2 min. Just cross the road. Breakfast has a variety of drinks and meals. The pool is small, but if you use it in the morning or in the lunch time - nobody is there. In the evening, it can be impossible to relax there. Bed is comfortable. I have a very sensitive back, and it was OK for me. I had a room at the end of the corridor, so it was calm. Wifi is OK. I had online calls, connection was perfect. Coffee, tea, and hot water are available in a lobby 24/7. Washing cosmetics in a room was "Dove," which I adore. Fresh towels every day. Would recommend. Will come back.

In the evening the pool was full. Kids were making some noise, it is not a relaxing experience. Not a surprise, but you should be prepared. The power in the room was low, and my phone charged slowlier than it normally did.

The room was quiet, large and dark when window coverings were closed, which made for restful sleep! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast offerings were outstanding - eggs, waffles, sausage links, fruit, yogurt, toast and bagels, coffee, and juice!

Entrance from the road to the hotel was not clearly marked. It was easy to get to the hotel, but you just had to maneuver through a vacant parking lot around a bank and now defunct restaurant.

It was in a convenient location and it was such a nice, clean facility. All of the staff we came in contact with were super friendly, and they played some good tunes on the lobby and elevator - a pleasant surprise!

Breakfast was good, but not really too much of a selection, so that was a bit of a bummer (and it was the same food two days in a row - so after not being thrilled with the options the first day, we were subjected to the same thing the second day). The hot tub was fixed the day of our arrival, but even on the day we were checking out (two days later), the hot tub was still lukewarm. Though, I acknowledge this is not the hotel’s fault. I’m always disappointed when housekeeping doesn’t visit on a two-day stay. Refreshed towels and a done-up bed would have been nice to come back to after a long, tiresome day.

reservations online were easy. Check in was pleasant. The room far exceeded my expectations. Compared to all other accommodations in the area, LaQuinta rocks. FREE HBO and MAX was amazing! The value was outstanding. We'll be back.

Because we brought our cat and we rented a suite with kitchen/dining area and living room, it would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan to sweep up the litter. We breed Maine Coons, and we travel often to CFA cat shows all over USA, while in the room we keep them in an enclosed corral, but litter still gets out. It's not that I didn't like not having a broom, I just would have been pleased to have one.

The woman who checked us in was awesome! Very informative and quick. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfy. The pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast was super nice. Lots to eat and well maintained.

When we tried to check out there was no one at the front and no button to press. While I recognize they intend for some self service with phones, not everyone has the means and I would feel more comfortable handing my room keys to a person.

We got upgraded to a room that was similar to a small apartment and it was quite wonderful and other than some cobwebs on the wall, it was clean! It was very well equipped with a great layout and nice furniture, the bed was very comfortable and it was great having a bedroom that was separate from the living room and mini kitchen so I didn't wake my husband when I got up early. 😊 The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was spectacular! Overall it was quite wonderful! 😊

The first room we stayed in had hairy and stained linens, the second had cobwebs on the wall and we wish the pool had been open, but the staff immediately remedied the first situation by upgrading us to a different room (which was seriously outstanding as we expected to just be given new linens like other hotels have done in this kind of situation and there were only a couple cobwebs in the second room up by the ceiling which I think I only noticed because I've been a housekeeper for 8 years) and the hot tub was being worked on so not their fault. Other than those few things it was a great stay. 😊

We love staying here. Great service, cleanliness & pet-friendly when/if we have our pets. Especially regarding pets, they’re our fur babies and it means a lot to know they’re not only allowed but are spoiled! Our 4 y/o furless child loves the pool and hot tub. It’s a convenient location (albeit hard to navigate to if you don’t know where you’re going… kind of tucked behind some other businesses, but once you know where it’s at it’s the perfect stay). When we come to Spokane area we always stay there regardless if it costs us a 30-minute drive into Spokane. Just a wonderful place. The front desk folks have always been extremely pleasant and breakfast included is great! We’ve never had anything but exceptional service. We really appreciate you all making our stays so wonderful.

Hmmm… I would say the hot tub could be turned up a couple degrees and the wallpaper in our room needed replacing but otherwise it was fabulous as always. So grateful to have a place three hours from home that is so reliably pleasant. Also, exceptionally clean! Thank you!!!

Fairly typical breakfast menu with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and the normal continental breakfast items. The location was an easy 5-minute drive to the downtown area of Coeur d'Alene which had lots of dining options.

The breakfast was well attended, and the hotel attendant had a difficult time keeping up with the traffic. Milk container empty, few potatoes and eggs, ran out of plates and plasticware, etc. Not here fault, just a lot of people eating at the same time.
