Great breakfast. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds.

Room and hall were outdated. Carpet needed to be replaced and tub reglazed. One elevator was out of commission and needed to be repaired. We were on the 2nd floor, so the wait for the one elevator was not so much a problem for us as we could take the stairs, but it could prove problematic for others. My husband complained that his pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. Mine were fine and so the second night he used pillows from my bed and slept much better.

Good location for our needs in Kennesaw town center, check in was easy, nice staff, and the breakfast was very good, with Costa Coffee being a welcome surprise!

Beds were very very soft and one bed frame was very creaky. Rest of the room was fine and appears to have been recently redecorated, so hopefully the beds are next for updating.

Desk clerk at check in and put was exception had a great breakfast and the bed was so comfy I was almost late getting up because I couldn't wake up and stay awake I wanted to take it with me I will deff stay again if im.that way and in need of a room for the night

Hardly any TV channels ihad to.scroll thru 20 to get 1 channel it seemed like could of been more to get 1 working channel otherwise everything else was amazing

They hotel was very nice an clean an so was the rooms an the breakfast area was nice an the hot breakfast was amazing, The staff was very nice an friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was how small an low the toilets was, They was sooo low to the ground more for toddlers then grown adults other then that no complaints at all.

The breakfast was excellent with quite a few options. The coffee is made from fresh ground beans.

The bathroom is very small. The vanity is separate, located outside the toilet/tub area, which I like usually, but here both spaces were small and cramped.

I booked through booking.com. We booked 6 rooms. Holiday Inn called the day of check in to say we only had 3 rooms available. Frustrating but he says he’s still working on it. We get there & receive 4 rooms thankfully so this accommodated the number of people we have (which did decrease from initial booking). HOWEVER. Booking.com charged us for 6 rooms. I’ve contacted them but they’ve said Holiday Inn has already been paid that they would have to issue the return of the difference. 2 months past the trip, 1 month past the call to booking.com with them contacting Holiday Inn & still no refund of the difference.

The hotel was about average as was the breakfast. It was challenge to get in and out of facility due to location. Room was very roomy. Check in and out was easy.

Only on elevator was operational, which created slowdown.

The location was great for on and off the interstate. The accommodations was great. The bed was very comfortable.There were plenty of things to do around the area.

With the temperature being so warm, I was surprised to not be offered complementary bottles of water.

Staff was very friendly. Tye facility was clean. Tye hotel was quiet even though it was fully booked.

There were only two elevators and one was out of order. It looked like they were updating the facility and were not quite finished.

Breakfast was exceptional! Server a bit glum but maybe he was having a bad day . Otherwise my stay was awesome!!
