The continental breakfast was beyond expected, Having eggs, fruits and pancakes were great, and everything was fresh. The Microwave in the room was a great bonus. Ice and bending machines were pretty assessable. Definitely I will book again next time I have to be in that area.

The AC unit only have economy mode and shut down periodically. Because it was noisy, the sound contrast keep wake me up every time. The temp of the room was OK, was the lack or change on noise.

Just had coffee and a mini muffin. Got early start heading home.

I was surprised when I got to motel early...approximately 12:30..wanted to get ahead of rain. Went in lobby and was told there would be an additional charge of $40. I went out to the car and took a nap while it was raining. .traveled to Zephyrhills to see my great grandson in a play.

The staff was absolutely, the best!! James is a standout employee in a group that is professional, courteous, kind, informative and helpful! Customer service is a lost art these days but not here! Jane was everywhere and did everything, he is a fireball and a lighthouse that shines on this company. Excellent staff!

My one complaint is the lack of king size beds. I'm 6'8 and I need the space but that's it.

We really enjoyed this room. The tub was large and fits two......🧚 and we love coming here for our little getaways😁 it's become our home away from home from time to time. The staff is just exceptional!

The shower left a little to be desired As far as water pressure went But the tub is fan-freakin-tastic!!! Thanks guys we'll see you soon🫡

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff was obseeved to be very patient with an argumentative guest checking in just ahead of me (who was unhappy about the reservation his company had made fir him). Each of the staff I encountered was exceptionally kind, courteous and compassionate to me as I was having a very difficult time being in the area for the funeral of my ex-husband. (We had actually stayed at this hotel the weekend of our wedding, so emotions were very high.) Staff were VERY hospitable, from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance.

The toilet tissue holder in my room kept coming out of the wall.

Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly in the location was great. I got a flat tire on my way home to Jacksonville and had to get a hotel in the middle of the night. The check-in process was very smooth and the staff was very empathetic. Very grateful for their help that evening.

This was not the hotels fault, but there was a guess vehicle in the parking lot who's alarm kept going off from 5am in the morning until I checked out at 11am. I didn't get sleep and I was tired.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was part 1 of a 2-part stay. (I had checked out of my originally reserved 2-night stay; but made online reservation to extend my stay for another night.) All of the staff I encountered were kind and courteous; and really represented your name well! I sincerely hope your employees are being compensated accordingly!

There was nothing I didn't like about the stay itself; except I thought the cost was a bit high

Clean, staff was extremely friendly.

The pool is right next to a busy main road, maybe putting a cover on the side that faces it (where the pool rules are). Breakfast don’t have much variety.

Was very close to restaurants, stores. Some walking distance. Room ,bathroom clean.

Had to pay extra $40 for room with micro and fridge. Come on that's standard equipment in most hotels. Probably won't stay in another Microtel if that's the case.
