Loved our balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway. We used the complimentary kayaks & bikes...which was a highlight of our stay! The beach access is across the street, chairs & umbrellas are provided. It's a wonderful flat beach to walk, bike or look for shells. Stroll south on the beach to Passe Grille to order breakfast, lunch, dinner or get a beverage & enjoy an amazing sunset on the beach. The hotel rooftop is also a great spot to watch the beautiful sunsets! They have a really nice restaurant & bar on site with good food. We loved the charcuterie board, hummus plate & gyro. We also loved the complimentary brewed coffee, tea & water refill station. (We didn't have a car on this visit. We used the Freebee app a service that gets you free rides along St Petes Beach.) This is our 3rd time staying & we will return.

The hotel was great considering the recent hurricane! The rooftop bar hasn't opened back up yet...but I'm sure that will happen soon. They could have more bikes available to ride, to accommodate more guests. They only had 2 bikes available on this visit. There is no concierge, so maybe having a list of good restaurants in the area in addition to the nice on site dining would be helpful.

Breakfast was amazing and the location to sit and eat in the restaurant overlooking the water is beautiful. The very first impression unfortunately was the night I got there. The valet person was pretty unresponsive unhelpful and I would say rude the rest of the Valet team All are great, especially Jason My first night I was set in a room right next to the lobby and there was a wedding and it was extremely loud - Andy, who was helping at the Front Desk was very responsive and helpful and got me a new room and helped me get my things together to get me up to a different room away from the noise. The room is beautiful with a balcony.

Fortunately, the ongoing construction fully ceased while we were there. Also, the hotel was minimally occupied, so we truly loved the peace and quiet. The food in the onsite restaurant was mostly terrific, and the room was perfect except for that huge, odd opening in the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. I think they were trying to emphasize the truly exceptional view, but there is something to be said about the value of privacy. The bedding was excellent, and we slept very, very well. Also, the shower was absolutely. terrific! We also loved the Air Rabbit air conditioning system and thought that the room was really nice. The beach is conveniently right across the street.

There were no bellmen to help with luggage No room service is available, and the rooms have no phones to reach the front desk.

They charged my card twice for the same room and took forever to refund me. From the moment we arrived to checkout they had an issue with finding the booking and saying I owed,to “fixing” the issue only to charge my card days after leaving.

The rooftop bar has an amazing view and the bartender gave me a great "locals" list of all the good places to go eat and have fun.

There's construction going on so is a bit loud. I wanted to extend to an extra night, the clerk checked his system and said my room wasn't booked that extra nigh and it would be the same rate I had, so I agree to extend my stay. Once he called the manager over the phone to get authorization the manager said the room wasn't available and the rate would be 3x the rate I was paying (all this happened over the phone between the 2 of them). Needless to say that seemed odd to me and I didn't appreciate it, either the clerk doesn't know what he is doing or the manager is not training them properly...

Everything! We love staying at the Hotel Zamora The beach area is private and low key away from crowds 🎉🎉💕 Very clean The rooms are beautiful The pool area beautiful The valet/ pool staff amazing! Free paddle boards and kayaks available! Great food in the restaurant Wonderful water ready for you in the lobby and pool w new things infused daily like cucumber or lemon strawberry etc I could go on and on!

A couple things to improve - A little warm in hallways and fitness area small fitness center could be bigger but equipped The doors click very loud coming and going even if you try not too Our security lock did not work 🤷

The room was great, had a divider to separate the bed and seating area. Very nice if one person wants to sleep and others want to stay awake. The views from the room and rooftop bar were spectacular. One of the front desk staff was friendly, and the other staff members around the property were wonderful.

Someone had a dog on the property that had problems leaving excrement on the stairs both inside and outside. Quite rude that someone would let their dog do that and not report it to the staff.

This property is in a great location with its own beach access across the road. The hotel is immaculate, smells amazing, rooms are spacious, mattresses are so comfortable. The pool area is clean, great bar. New outdoor furniture. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

There isn’t really anything I can say bad about out this hotel. When we stayed the lobby was being renovated but there was no inconvenience to guests. I can’t wait to go back and see it finished.

Beautiful hotel, large room with huge bathroom with a rain shower, the balcony has great views, the room has a special air quality system that was nice, a lot of storage space, all the amenities (mini fridge,safe, etc) We ordered food from the restaurant to the pool area and it was delicious with large portions. Pool & hot tub fun. The hotel offer a lot to do: paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, they set up beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach for you!

Everything closed early, in our hotel and in the town in general.

Loved the proximity to the beach and the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool and hot tub were nice to come back to later in the day and enjoyed the pool bar/food options. The room size was great and loved the sitting room off the bedroom. And enjoyed the Freebie beach rides.

No other options for food on Easter Sunday except the brunch. But that was an anomaly. We took an Uber to Rick's Reef for breakfast.
