The beach view is okay the building is side ways so the view is sideways if that makes since it’s not a straight on view and the staff are nice but they won’t clean you half to fill out papers and the rooms are very plain no furniture sink had hairs in it from prior tenants could use alittle room maintenance the mattresses under had stains and dog hair on it and the bathroom was in pretty rinky-dink shape and I couldn’t smell I had bronchitis but my husband said the shower water stunk but the pool was so nice and the ocean was nice very family environment nobody ever hardly on the beach and it was spring break so I wa so surprised at how calm it was here and in Daytona over all really good stay after we got use to the little kinks of course!!!

The property was in a great location.

I didn’t like a few things about this resort. First of all, none of the rooms I rented had a mirror in the bathroom. We had an event we needed to get dressed up for, and I couldn’t even use a mirror to get ready so I thought that was kinda weird. The second thing was, our AC unit in the room didn’t work. Like at all. They had a stand up fan in our room, but that to did not work. Also, I’m always thinking rooms on the beach need curtains to keep the sun out in the morning. These rooms had none. It was so bright at 7:00 in the morning, I couldn’t rest anymore. The room got super hot after that. The hotel definitely needed some updates and some money spent.

There were chairs and a table on the balcony for each room with a fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean, the full moon, and a nighttime rocket launch. The room was clean, and the staff eagerly responded to every request. There was a working safe in the room. The refrigerator, microwave oven, and kitchen sink all worked.

There were no chairs or kitchen table in the room. There was no rod or hangers in the closet for hanging clothes. The kitchen counter was small.

The best part of the stay was the comfort of the bed! Best nights sleep!

The resort was so clean and nice. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was great. The view from our room was beautiful, we could see the ocean from our bed. The bed was so nice and comfortable and the refrigerator kept everything so nice and cold. I had read a couple of negative reviews, so just in case, I brought cleaning products with me. There was no need for them. Our room was super clean and smelled wonderful. There were always plenty of parking spaces. We never had trouble finding a space. We will definitely be staying their again.

The only negative was that you have to be careful turning into the parking lot. The street drain is right next to the entrance, making it easy to hit the curb. There is nothing they can do to fix it. Just a heads up when you turn in.

I love the view we had of the beach from our room and that there was a pool.

Overall for the price of $88 after tax, it was a great deal but the bathroom walls need to be cleaned . It looked like there was coffee splattered all over it and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers on the shower wall were empty. They did put 2 shampoo bottles on the sink but no conditioner. The bed sheets were stained with some blue ink and there was a hole in the bedding that looked like someone had dropped a cigarette on it. You're charged fees for any stains on the towels and bedding yet they still use the stained sheets. Soft bedding, lounge chairs and a table to dine at was a plus.

The bed was comfortable. Linens were nice. Right on the beach it was a good area. The building was an older building but everything looked freshly painted and clean. Pool and beach access were great. Great coffee machine in lobby. Staff was very nice. No complaints. Price was a deal. I will use it again.

The location was fantastic!!! The gas station is right across the street, several accommodations were very close, within walking distance! The way the building is built means everyone’s room is ocean view! It was very private. The Pool was Clean and the Area was tidy!

There were no pool towels, or continental breakfast, just small irrelevant things to me. Only 2 picnic tables in the pool area, BUT the previous hurricane, I am sure, forced them to put some stuff away. I saw the concrete tables and benches stacked off to the side. The renovations were happening, the Paint didn’t dry on the floor below us the entire stay.

The room was very spacious and the beds were clean. The floor was dirty in some areas but we just asked for some more towels and wiped it up, no biggy. The pool was very clean and literally no one used it the whole time. Would’ve loved to but my stay was during a cold time haha. The beach access is close and nice. Close to other places and ample free parking for guests close to rooms. Not noisy, no staff bothers you for anything. Check in was very fast and easy.

The floor was a little dirty. The bathroom was slightly cramped, but had lots of counter space and a big shower.

While the units are obviously older, the place is clean and comfortable. Soft beds, clean rooms, easy check In and check out. Rooms are large and all tile floors. Good place for a couple of nights stay. Refrigerator and freezer along with microwave, free coffee in lobby. Cute little table and chair set and a couple of chairs on the balcony for hanging out. Easy beach access too.

Futon in room was good thought but uncomfortable. Need some umbrellas around the pool for some shade.
