Our unit seemed to have been newly remodeled. It was impeccably cleaned and it was nice to have a pool and hot tub right outside our unit. The pool area was well maintained. Unfortunately we didn't get to try any of the additional amenities such as the play ground and putt putt golf course. The staff were above and beyond friendly whenever I called or had to go by the office. Finally, there were lots of restaurants to choose from nearby and a grocery store right around the corner.

The only minor complaint I had about the resort itself was that the ice maker was not producing ice in the freezer. With the pool being right outside our unit, we could hear people having a lot of fun past 10pm, but the front office offered to send their security staff to quiet them down. Be aware that the daily resort fee is not included in the price when booking through Booking.com. It was billed as a separate item upon our checkout. Besides that, and this is not the fault of the resort, but the traffic getting onto I-4 from this location was really terrible to deal with during most times of the day.

Location is perfect. 10 mins from Disney Springs. Staff was very nice. Jomar went over and beyond with his customer service and room selection. Very close to stores and gas stations. This resort has multiple pools, hot tub, outdoor grilling, The best good night sleep. Mattress was so comfortable. Loved the convenience of having a 2 bedroom with full kitchen, washer and dryer. Enclosed back yard with pool view.

Everything was awesome and so exciting. So much to do on the property. We enjoyed our time together there. So much room to lounge around. We even did our clothes there being that our unit had a washer and dryer. Volley ball court and lots of outside and inside activities to choose from. Absolutely loved it. A very large and week stock kitchen to cook in for the family. We will return.

I have been staying at Westgate Blue Tree for nearly 30 years and have always been satisfied with the location, amenities, and staff. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit central Florida.

The facility was amazing the front and room was well cleaned and well taken care of.

The maid service came way to early on our check out date and it really almost ruined our experience and our anniversary. The front desk staff was amazing.

The room was spacious, clean and updated. We loved that the location was quiet but still close to everything.

Twin beds in secondary bedroom. Beds weren’t firm at all, almost like an air mattress.

Location perfect to Disney World and places to eat! The villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable ! The lobby and staff was wonderful and decorated so nice for Valentines weekend!

There was a strong smell in the room from arrival until departure. Almost smelled like a smelly mop or something.. it was quite unpleasant.
