it was clean, well maintained and offered a breakfast. beds were comfortable

The rooms were nice and clean, the shower was nice and hot, and the beds were very comfortable! The hot breakfast was really good, and very appreciated, they had great coffee too! :) It was a great stay, thank you!

The location wasn’t terrible but not too great either. I feel like that’s true any town you go to when you stay on a “University Street” though! Lol I would have felt safer with an additional inside lock on the door, but it seemed to be lots of out of town travelers and working class folks as clientele, I didn’t notice any people that seemed particularly sketchy.

Although this is an older facility it seemed that the staff has worked hard to create a clean and comfortable space for their guest. I booked 4 rooms for our group that were traveling together and everyone was satisfied with the accomodations for the price. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is a decent place to rest for the night. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offered was actually above average. I would certainly entertain another stay overnight at this location when traveling through Jacksonville.

This location is on a very congested stretch of highway.

Flawless! Simply the best Motel/Hotel that we have stayed during our so far 4 weeks long trip across the US. Absolutely zero to complain about. This place is the most comfortable experience that you can get under 200 Dollars a night.

I love the bed!!! We just stayed for a night so I can not tell much about other things. We did not wake up early for breakfast neither 😬 but that bed it feels like sleeping in a cloud.

I had to wait a lot for checking in. But when I check in it was fast. Man at the front desk was nice. It could be a bit more cheaper for the location and kind of hotel but everything was alright.

We were able to check in late with no issues. The room was neat and the beds were clean and comfortable. They also accommodated us with a late check out.

The lighting could have been better and the water ran cold but that could have been due to the other person taking an excessive long shower. When we went for breakfast the microwave in the dinning room was dirty.

The outside condition of the building does not look like the photos. I almost cancelled my booking to go somewhere else because of this, but decided to see what my room looked like first. The inside of the rooms are closer to the photos. The people lingering around the hotel are a bit sketchy.

The staff was very polite. The rooms were immaculately clean. The breakfast was extraordinary. It was a very quiet motel no riffraff hanging out in the parking lot no loud parties. We had an extraordinary weekend.

The only minus and that was an a major one was the refrigerator was on the fritz

Wonderful friendly staff and quiet extremely comfortable room very spacious very good deal for the location and price. Really enjoyed the coffee and microwave and refrigerator for my son's medications. Mainly it's just very very quiet I felt very safe traveling with just me and my son. I ordered Domino's and it was here in about 20 minutes and there's also a Burger King next door. There is a pharmacy less than a mile away and a Goodwill right down the street that we had fun looking at antiques in. There were four pillows on each bed! And plenty of electrical outlets. We came into town to see family. I did appreciate that we were at the end of the building and had a handicap spot right in front of the room. It also was a great help that I could walk our service dog right outside in the grass.

How to use a dish rag 2 stop up the tub so I can take a bath. There was no way to put closed caption on the TV. The toilet tank lid was not the right thing but very minor deal. I did get a small shock plugging the lamp back in behind the bed closest to the bathroom when it had become unplugged. In the morning and in the evening when people are coming and going must be very careful about the traffic coming around the side of the building but that would be anywhere.

The location and the room was nice and tidy.

The toilet base was broken so every time that I sat down to use the toilet it I had to be careful, but it wasn't bad enough for me to change my room. The eggs and sausage were not fresh and were overcooked.
