Breakfast was at the little cafe on site. Clean and friendly staff

The gentleman that checked me in was friendly and knowledgeable. But however the lady that checked us out was unfriendly and never apologized for the A/C not working in our room.

If those large, boring and high priced chain hotels are finally losing their appeal to you, then you need to check out this “frozen-in-time” little gem of a motel. It’s an excellently maintained & updated survivor with all that great classic motel appeal. They even have keys to the doors (not cards) with those wonderful old school plastic key fobs attached to them. Really a fun place to stay, and makes you realize how great these motels used to be (and still are!) Close to town, comfy beds, nice furnishings, quiet surroundings, clean pool, awesome staff and the friendliest housekeeping employees around.

My negatives are petty, and really don’t detract from this being a great place to stay. I just wish there were more hangers/hooks in the bathroom, a reading light (hanging lamp perhaps) over by the easy chair and a better counter area to stage things. A great “staging area” is invaluable during a week long stay. Nonetheless, you will enjoy this motel!

This is a little gem of a motel! Super clean, spacious room with a very comfotable bed and pillows. Actually felt more like a hotel. Stopped on our way travelling to escape hurricane Milton. Stayed one nite only. Looked like a nice pool area. French breakfast cafe on site was lovely and so convenient. Would highly recommend.

Great size rooms, comfy beds, great location, clean, great water pressure! The motel gives you a list of restaurants that give a 10% discount if you show motel receipt when paying!

Using 2 blow dryers simultaneously (my sis and I) blew the fuse twice as we were trying to get ready for the Elvis Festival. Staff took care of it immediately and we were told the room needs to be renovated with new GFCI outlets. It didn’t ruin our stay but prolonged our getting ready process! Room smelled a little musty also.

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. I’m paranoid about safety and felt the motel was fairly safe. I also like the discounts available at multiple restaurants nearby. The motel was recommended by a family friend who stayed there multiple times.

I felt the front office staff was professional but not exactly friendly or welcoming. The only two times I went to the office (check in/check out), it couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The tv, shower, lamps and coffee maker were all in good working order. Our room was a short walk to an excellent restaurant, The Cinnamon Stick. We even got a discount coupon for the restaurant from the Central Motel. Our room was quiet so we got a good night's sleep.

The blinds in our room needed a minor repair. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk they were very responsive.

Location and staff! Situated right on the Withlacoochee State Bike Trail, making it convenient to ride north or south. They even had a place lock up the bikes at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Although they don't have breakfast, there is a restaurant next door to buy breakfast and lunch. There is a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in the room. It is very close to downtown restaurants.

Clean and very quiet.

Room needs upgrades; better lighting in the bathroom, more hangars, updated coffee pot and tea would have been nice. No decaf offered for coffee and no tea at all. Would not be a big deal, but it’s not as though breakfast is included.

The room was always neat, clean and linens available. Staff was great; helpful and accommodating.

Only that the window cover was not as room darkening as would have liked. The outdoor lights lit up the room more than what we were used to.

Didn't offer breakfast there; however we were offered a discount at the restaurant on site and it was excellent. Our room was upgraded to a king size bed instead of the two queen size beds we originally reserved.

Bed were a little too firm and could have used more pillows as they were quite soft.
