I liked the location and size of the hotel. You can see the marina from the lobby. The staff was customer oriented. They make you feel welcomed from the time you enter the lobby. You receive a hotel credit when you check in. It can be used at one of the stores within the hotel or I guess for room service. That was really nice. This hotel also offers meeting rooms or conference rooms, which may be a great option for businesses. It was really busy but everything moved smoothly and I really loved that.

I didn't like the parking. The valet staff were not as knowledgeable as they could be. There's not much area for you to park when you arrive for checking. The cost for parking is extremely expensive. There is a city lot across the street however it closes so your option is only to really Park with the hotel. Entry into the parking is easy but exiting you need your key or you can call the valet staff and someone will be able to let you out. The incidental hold was 125 per night instead of one single charge.

Staff was wonderful. Food was good. Room was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the outdoor area. It was very close to the cruise area and shuttle service was available.

The walls in the rooms are so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallways outside your room. We heard conversations like they were in our room, running up and down the hallway to doors opening and closing. (We did not hear any noises from outside the windows.) The breakfast buffet was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! And price was not shared with us until we rec'd the bill. $83 for two for a basic buffet breakfast was pure sticker shock. We actually ran into a family that was heading there for breakfast and informed them of the price of breakfast. They thanked us and went somewhere else.

The first thing that comes to mind was the EXCELLENT customer service! All of the staff from the valet service, cleaning crew and front desk staff were very accommodating. However, I would like to make mention of a few staff that really stood out: Milton (Bell Captain), Jayden (Front Desk) and Darius. They all displayed first and foremost professionalism. They were also very courteous and always greeted us with a smile. My girlfriend said your hotel will be the one we will reserve each time we visit Fort Lauderdale. I tried to convince her to try one of the hotels by the beach on Fort Lauderdale Blvd, but her answer was an emphatic, NO! Oh well, guess we'll be staying there as long as the customer service remains top-notch. Lol

The rooms could have been a little cleaner. However, when we brought it to their attention, Darius (Front Desk) first apologized for the inconvenience, then he immediately put us in another room, which turned out great! Also, our first day there the room and the balcony were unacceptable. However, like Darius, Jayden (Front Desk) immediately had the cleaning crew to thoroughly clean the room.

The food at the main restaurant was very good and the service was good but the prices were a bit out of line. I normally stay at a Hyatt and the restaurants are more affordably priced. You may have qa bit of a captive audience but those of us with transportation might venture out next time.

I believe you need more staff at check in and at the little coffee shop in the lobby. The gentleman manning the coffee shop did a tremendous job and was working very hard to accommodate all of the customers but he needed help.

The convenience and comfort of the Hotel. Its location. The staff, every one of them that we encountered were friendly, helpful, and intuitive — knowing and sensing the needs of a person, from the front desk to the green shirt valets at the entrance.

It is important to provide clarity AT CHECK-IN with regard to the breakfast, lunch and dinner services: The restaurant and the food and the service was very good. But one ought to be aware of the price range etc upfront.

Great location for the cruise port intracoastal water taxis etc.Really comfortable rooms great shower friendly helpful staff.

There was a large kids basketball tournament in town and the pool area had adults smoking pot (extremely strong smell and obvious) with all the/there kids around and we couldn’t even go to the pool due to the smell. Does this property have security? Since when is this ok in the middle of the afternoon or anytime at any location, especially a corporate Hilton? Sea & Salt was great, service and staff were great…but for breakfast on the morning of the 16th we apparently interrupted the hostess from her paperwork at the hostess stand and have never been treated with more unemotional attitude before, not the person who should be greeting at the front of a classy restaurant or any for that matter…worst I’ve ever seen.

Location, easy to/from FLL Airport and Port Everglades Cruise Port. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and we got a great sleep. Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food area in the lobby was also helpful and had a nice selection. Views throughout the property are very pretty here due to the hotel's location being right on the water in the marina. The pool area is also beautiful, clean and has plenty of room for many guests. Overall this is a great place to stay pre/post cruising. They seem to cater mostly to families and business professionals and we felt safe here.

Our first night there we were in a room with a broken bathroom door that was off the track so the door would not close at all. The second night we were in room with a functioning bathroom door but the door did not close completely or in a way that gives full privacy; the bathroom doors seem to have a design flaw that should be corrected throughout the hotel. There were also electrical outlets in the room that did not function. There was not a functioning ice machine on each floor of the hotel which was inconvenient.

Lovely stay at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina Hotel. My room was very comfortable and clean and I had a great view. The hotel was in a great location as I was going on a cruise the following day. Staff were very kind and welcoming and I had a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant. I would absolutely stay at the hotel again.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was in a great location and was very easy to get to. The staff was absolutely amazing and were very helpful. I thought that being able to communicate through a text message was very convenient as well!

My biggest complaint will be the parking situation. I thought it was very expensive for self parking per a night and the gate that was at the entrance and exit was a little difficult sometimes. It was a hit or miss if it was going to work right away or not.
