The convenience and location. Is close and near to our venue, shops, restaurant and beaches.

It’s not pay when you get to the property. You have to Place a credit card information first then you get a reservation. Second I booked for two nites, however I had to leave the second nite due to personal reasons. The front desk explained when we checked in that because I booked through a third party I would be charged for The second nite. So, I was forced to miss a religious function back home. You can’t really cancel once the reservation is made. The breakfast that was complimentary wasn’t as great. The sausages were dry and not much selections.

The location was great, plenty of shops and nearby restaurants and grocery stores, made it super easy for our family of 5! Also, the breakfast was nice, a variety of toppings, fruit, proteins and dairies, super friendly for the whole family. The rooms were nicely cleaned and organized, no bad smell. The staff was SUPER friendly, the girl who checked us in was excellent! She made check in super easy for us. The towels by the pool were constantly restocked so we never had an issue with towels for our littles. We enjoyed the bonfire at night as well, the little river by the pool and bonfire area was so peaceful. No loud people, noises, everything was wonderful! Will definitely be staying here again :)

This is an exceptional option for staying in Estero and the surrounding areas. The hotel is fantastic in many aspects; it’s impeccable, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be any better. The staff is lovely and friendly from the moment you walk into the lobby. We highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for an escape to the West Coast of Florida for a relaxing trip. We want to thank you for another wonderful experience. Until next time, we will try to return from the East Coast of Florida as soon as possible.

We loved the cooked breakfast and the locality of the hotel. Beside the water and quiet.

Good hotel next to a nice shoppingmall and 5 driving minutes to a big outletcenter! Good rooms very quit! There are some renovations going on which didn't disturb us at all!

Accommodations looked new. Staff was friendly and customer oriented. Breakfast was exceptional, plenty of choices. Quiet location but very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Location of Breakfast was good and lots of variety to choose from. Fresh fruit, homemade oatmeal, nice muffins.

Absolutely wonderful hot/cold breakfast, could sit comfortably outside beside water, very calming.
