The lobby was nice. Dinner at Claw was good, but too expensive for the meal. The bicycles were fine. The shuttle service was good w one fellow, Jeff. The stay was peaceful and quiet. The housekeeping service was swift and easy. Some staff were lovely, some seemed bothered. The arrangement was fine, but the bathroom is old and uncomfortable.

You asked if I had any requests, I said we aren’t very strong mobility-wise, don’t need wheelchairs, but this isn’t the place for older visitors or handicapped. It’s not updated, low toilet, a tub. No one wants a tub shower, gross, and not easy to get into. Trip hazard. I wouldn’t call it a resort really. I expected much more, especially at the price point. The other shuttle driver thought it was okay to use his phone while driving us five minutes. The pool was supposed to be heated and wasn’t. That coffee station should be much better and it offer more and healthier options. Danish is pure sugar, not a yogurt or protein bar? The restaurant is good, but again your prices are in line for a top notch resort, this is not that. Won’t be back. Won’t be able to recommend to friends.

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was fully equipped and very spacious. The service of providing lifts to the beach with beach chairs and towels was great. Unfortunately, after our first day there was a tropical rainstorm lasting 4 days and we were unable to leave the hotel due to flooding in Naples. We decided to cut our holiday short as there was little to do in the torrential rain. We were very disappointed that the hotel fully charged us for 5 days when we only stayed for 2. We understand that the rain storm was not the fault of the hotel but a little goodwill and customer service could have been shown towards us. We would have loved to have stayed in the hotel for the full 5 days.

Everything about the hotel facilities and services were great, however the lack of goodwill towards us when we had to cut our holiday short was very disappointing. We spoke with the manager and he refused to allow any partial refund.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations - the room was huge, with loads of space for our family. There were 2 bathrooms, which were great and a separate dressing space for the master bedroom. Having a washing machine and dryer was great, giving us chance to do some laundry mid trip. The kitchen was huge and extremely well equipped, with full oven, hob, microwave, huge fridge/freezer and dishwasher - plus other items like blender too. This made our stay like home from home. There were additional lovely touches like we were offered champagne on arrival. There was also fresh coffee, pastries and fruit on offer in the reception area each morning. We used the pool and gym which were nice clean spaces, which were well looked after. There is a popular restaurant and bar area, which serve a good variety of items. Staff were kind, responsive and accommodating. A really nice touch is having free shuttle bus within a 3 mile radius, plus free use of bikes and free use of beach equipment, such as chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Nice apartments. Very clean and well-maintained. Very good amenities (daily water, dishwasher tabs, etc.). Restaurant (Claw Bar) is very good. Pool is nice, although nothing special. Free of charge chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful (one lady at reception was not; the one during check-in was great though). Very good location (5-minute walk to 5h avenue).

Fitness room is well located next to the pool, although too small. Not a real resort; more of a good hotel with nice apartments.

The room set up was perfect for our family. The resort staff was friendly and everything was kept in great condition. I especially loved all the little things that made our stay comfortable- water bottles/ champagne on check in, a kids toy for my baby, dishwashing detergent, free bikes and beach chair rentals… the things that other hotels will nickel and dime you for.

Strict check out at 11am. Maid was knocking on our door at 1030 and came back again at 1058 . We then get a front desk call at 11:01. All of this was in the mindset of packing up. I think a ten minute grace period would fit better with the way the rest of the hotel is run

Best location in Naples. You can walk downtown / 5 min. Parking just facing the buildings under the trees. There’s a lot of bike you can borrow to go to the beach. They also can provide you chairs and umbrellas and bring them to the beach for you. The hotel is not new but it’s extremely well maintained!! BRAVO!! Everything is very clean. From the elevator to the little things. The swimming pool is beautiful, the chairs are very confortable. There’s a nice gym and a nice restaurant « The Claw Bar » around the pool. Our hotel suite was great : amazing kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Nothing to say. Nothing missing. The balcony has a table and mosquito net. WE WILL COME BACK.

Next time we will ask for a condo a little further from the Claw Bar kitchen hood, very noisy at night. Our room was just above. Room number 307. That was the only negative point.

It was a beautiful property, the apartments were fantastic, so spacious and they had everything you would ever need. They were spotlessly clean and comfortable and beautifully furnished. They provided everything from towels for the pool to a shuttle to and from the beach or complimentary coffee and pastries you name it and they provided it. Naples is such a beautiful place from the fabulous restaurants to the white sandy beach. We loved Naples and especially the Bellasera resort hotel.

This place makes me feel like home. You have everything that you could possibly need inside the unit. The apartment is super clean, and confortable, you even have like a small balcony with outside furniture to enjoy too. The pool is lovely and is located very close to restaurants on the fifth. Also is a few minutes from pristine clear water beaches. If you don't have a car, they offer free shuttle service to some places. And they have complementary pastries for breakfast. I would definitely come back soon. I loved it.

This place is exceptional! large apartment with comfortable beds, walk in closet, all the things you could possibly need in the kitchen, including lots of creamer & coffee. washer, dryer in unit with detergent. The premises are elegant with a wonderful restaurant and pool area, everything is spotless, the staff are all polite and eager to help. It is walking distance to 5th st Restaurants & shops. The shuttle will take you to the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas and even funnoodles, just call for return pick up. the shuttle will take you anywhere with in 3 miles. I definitely plan to always return here!

Location, price, staff, and room were all top-notch. I couldn't be happier with this place, and this is the first hotel that we are actually making plans on coming back to next year. What gives this place even a bigger bonus are the free shuttle rides to nearby locations. Bellasera is a 10/10!

Just a few things in the room were broken, and the organization of the light switches was a bit odd; but even with these minor things, I still give this place a 10 rating due to its overwhelming positive attributes.
