The staff is very polite. The front desk associates are very attentive polite and knowledgeable. From check in to check out they were ready and willing to assit

I went in to breakfast when it started but my son was asleep. So I eat a little something witch was great eggs bacon. I went later on in that morning to grab my son breakfast and the breakfast attendant watched me as walked out she said have a good day from afar like don't come back Before breakfast was over I went to get coffee and she rushed in front of me and watched my every move. It was uncomfortable and were not the kind of people to take more then we can eat in one meal. It was rude and incontable Especially when breakfast was over there was so much left over. Back off breakfast attendant from guest that's not your job

The breakfast was a bit weak in my opinion. I liked the sliced ham but did not like the sausage or eggs soaked in water. The biscuits and gravy were all gone before you knew it and the lady who was like a Natzi, stood and watched the guests to scold them when they got too much for her liking. Overall the stay was comfortable thanks to Maria at the front desk. She is great and very helpful with the guests even knowing very many of them as they are family. I felt very safe as this is a friendly LGBTQ Hotel.

Bed & bathroom was clean. TV worked. Staff was friendly.

It is out dated, carpet & sofa had stains everywhere. There was someone else's hair inside one of my wash clothes. The breakfast, have you ever tried to open a bagel with a spoon? It's hard, out of knives, out of cereal, no decaf, apple juice, or milk that I could see. She sd it was a holiday and the truck usually comes on Monday. Well memorial day isn't new. Extra should have been ordered the Monday before. I'm sure if everything was updated you'd have a lot more traffic.

Sandra, the General Manager is very understanding. She has chosen a great crew to work for her. Maria, the Front Desk Manager is on top of issues that need to be addressed and taken care of. For example, ESA animals are often not recognized as service animals by the hotel industry. When you book online through Booking or Expedia, they do not tell you about a hotel's specific dog policy. So often when u get to a hotel you are taken by surprise. This hotel's policy (computer system change) has changed since I arrived. My current dog is only ESA. My previous dog that passed away during COVID was a certified Service Animal. Mili, the Quality Manager does room checks on a regular basis to make sure that all needs are being met. Housekeeping comes by everyday to offer a new set of big fluffy towels, 2 hand towels, wash clothes, and floor matt. They come every 3 days to vacuum, dust, clean the bathroom. I don't know their exact policy on length of stay versus housekeeping services but it works for me. Carlton provides security and breakfast services. I want to give a special call out to Walter, the Front Desk Clerk who works the 3 to 11 pm shift. These are the people who I interact with the most. Everybody here is polite and always have a smile for you. I believe they all deserve raises!! They are working extra hard to provide quality service.

The rudeness of other customers who don't follow the no smoking rules. It is very quiet here. Even on the weekends. Knock on wood.

Everybody here is very friendly. I am in between living situations. I had to put all of my stuff in storage and I am trying to sell everything but the basics. I am going to live out of a travel trailer due to the high cost of living. So I am a little stressed but everybody is so nice, helpful, natural caring people. From what I understand is that this property has been bought by new owners who have just started "renovating" the hotel. I look forward to seeing the changes they make. Other people have commented that they were disappointed. Yes, the Hilton is nicer and has more to offer at breakfasts but I am not in a place in my life where I can afford $200 to 300 per night. The beds are so comfortable!! Neighbors are quiet. Everyday housekeeping offers the whole set of new soft white towels. The towels are large and cover your whole body. I have not seen any spots on the white towels. I would recommend this hotel because the price is great, it's very clean and it's very convenient ly located close to major highways and the Clearwater/ St. Petersburg airport.

Breakfast was good except the eggs. The room was great sized. The pool area was nice. A good quiet environment. Also, the freezer of the mini fridge was completely full of built up ice and the housekeeping staff changed it out immediately. They were very friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable!

The sheets on the pull out bed were not changed and had blood on them. The mattress for the pull out was just springs and foam. Not at all comfortable. The main light looked like water had leaked into it and it had mold in it. There was an area in the kitchenette that was pushed in like someone either fell against it or was pushed into it.

Location, Comfortable Beds, Clean Sheets, Maid Service, Friendly Staff, Pool that was in Operation and Clean👍👍. All tho im Military Minded and stay ready this Hotel Maintained a Family Safe environment. Over All Very Satisfied

Breakfast was on the Lite Side. Need additional items like Premaid Sausage Biskets you can warm up in the Microwave, do it yourself Waffels, a variety of Danishes. The Tolit in our room would not flush all the way. Had to flush it 5 or 6 times to flush. AC took longer than normal to cool off the room.

Location was good. Staff very helpful. Good hot breakfasts

Hotel must have recently become Wyndham and is remodeling. Will be nice when done. Not sure why they are housing long term individuals..maybe storm related. But for the cost of my room it should have been updated already.

The staff was very nice and accommodating the only issue I had was the housekeeping women who don't speak English and are lazy when the cleaning the rooms I had to go to the front desk but once I did that it was done by the assistant supervisor or manager

Housekeeping they need some housekeepers that actually speak English I feel like the head of housekeeping is very biased it seems to only hire her race that speaks her language and they were lazy on cleaning the rooms properly when I was staying there for almost a week.

The employee at the front desk was very friendly when I checked in at 11 p.m. and when I checked out the next day. There was no issue with doing a late checkout. The location is great if you need somewhere close to the St. Pete-Clearwater airport.

The hotel was a little outdated, but for my travel purposes, it was fine. No actual complaints.
