The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The holiday lights outside and decorations inside were really nice. All members of the staff were welcoming. (Including the custodians)

The outlet that charges phones was not working. Also, there was only one of these outlets. We had two devices we would have liked to charge and due to the malfunctioning outlet we weren’t able to charge either one.

The breakfast area was staged with lobby renovation supplies. The breakfast signage was helpful as where to get food and where to sit to eat.

I don't recall explicitly requesting no room cleaning. Perhaps I did but it wasn't in big letters. The wastebaskets weren't emptied. The bedding and towels were okay to go 3 days but the wastebaskets filled up daily. That's my only criticism.

Location pool spa gym. Brittany at the front desk was very nice and kind. When we got to room, TV greeted us with our name. Housekeeping did a hood job as well.

Nothing really, the breakfast was all pork. we don't eat pork, so that was no good for us.

Check in took less than 5 minutes! If Im not mistaken, Rosa checked me in. She was SO WELCOMING! And I even received a text asking how everything was! The rooms were super clean!!! The woman in charge of breakfast was SOOO NICE! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! THE LOCATION IS GREAT THIS IS MY SECOND TIME BOOKING HERE AND I will be back!!!

Excellent staffing very clean and modern hotel

The hot breakfast selection need improving way limited many people cannot tolerate cheeses with eggs or omelets ,the bacon was very very greasy and rock hard the hard boiled eggs were. Mushy and filled with water not impressed with breakfast offered

It was a beautiful hotel inside and out. The staff were always friendly and so helpful. The hotel is also in a wonderful location with many dining areas nearby. We will definitely come back to Hampton Inn Springfield South Enfield!!

Location was fantastic, close to everything but a nice set back setting.

I wish they had more fresh fruit @ breakfast , the bananas and apples went fast. But you can’t complain as they had plenty of other choices, I just try to eat healthier and fruit choices are my friend.

Staff very friendly. Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Morning breakfast spread was fantastic! My son loved the pool and jacuzzi.

Price on booking was more than booking direct. I added an extra night once checking in, it was 40 dollar cheaper than when I booked on booking. Will call hotel before booking 3rd party next time.

Convenient to many businesses and especially my daughter’s home

Parking lot was not salted after a snowstorm and it was all ice

I did not have the breakfast, but I did love the location. It was close to 3 or 4 shopping plazas! I was able to get everything I needed all within 5 to 7 minutes from the hotel. Lastly, the lobby and staff were GREAT!
