The hotel was very clean, including the room. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The security was comforting, particularly in a downtown area. The food was good, not excellent. All my needs for a weekend stay were met.

The price was high for a basic hotel, even downtown. If I hadn’t booked through a 3rd party travel site, I would have been charged $150 more than the high price I paid for two nights. That additional amount, if I had had to pay it, would have made me feel taken advantage of.

The facility was nice and pretty lobby. Service was friendly. Close to many places to eat. Right in the heart of downtown. Close to Larimer Square and 16th street mall. We stayed for my daughter's dance convention.

Rooms were small and only surface clean. Walls were dirty and carpet was dingy. Also charges a destination fee. Luckily I could use that as credit for the restaurants and Starbucks. Parking at $50 a day is absurd. We parked in the garage across the street for about $15 a day. The room rate wasn't particularly high for downtown Denver but seems tacking on all of these fees to make up for it once they got you in the door.

To get to the convention center, is very close, about 5 minutes walking. Located downtown, is close to the Union Station and other important icons such as the court house or the Senate.

The hotel charged us 100 USD / per person for a deposit that they should have told us at the check-in, but they didn't, and in the end, they insisted that they had done it.

It's a great location to 16th Street Mall. Also Target very close if you need something. The room is really nice with a great view toward 16th Street. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is pretty nice.

We didn't like the people (about 6 or so) next door that obviously rented this room to party. They blasted music, banged the door shut constantly and yelled from 8pm to 9:30pm. Then went out and came back at 2am to party more. It really sucked. I would have complained, but with the way things are now I didn't think it was worth our lives.

Location was perfect for walking around downtown. Easy to drive to Coors Stadium from hotel. The pillows and mattresses on the bed were amazingly comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Had to call twice for housekeeping. The employee was very apologetic that no one showed up after the first call.

The location was superb with easy access to the things we wanted to enjoy. The King bed was fantastic and super comfy. Loved the contemporary decor and it was really a treat to spend time in the room.

I have a couple issues. The pool was not open and was not indicated anywhere that it was closed. We like to swim to unwind and it was a bit disappointing that the pool was unavailable. Second issue is a bit more serious. Two items were NOT in my vehicle when I returned home. These items were located in our secondary glove box. We never checked our vehicle out from the valet, so the theft occurred during our stay.

Lobby was very pretty. Room was spacious and the location is very convenient.

Power went out in room for over 30mins and I had to do go down to the front desk to even inform them of this matter. Then I requested fresh linen to my room that took over a hour again I had to call down to the front desk to inform them I never received my towels.

the elevator was friggin fast man

the only drinking water available was in plastic bottles in the lobby being sold for $2 each. i wouldn't mind using the bathroom faucet for drinking water but there was no temperature setting so it always ran hot. another odd thing was that the bathroom had a sliding door with a gap that was about an inch thick so taking a shower or even just using the bathroom was a little awkward while staying with a friend.

I did not have breakfast at this hotel. I didn’t know one was available.

Room’s lighting was a little dim, and soundproofing was poor/inadequate. I could clearly hear traffic and construction noise from outside on the street below even though I was 8 floors up.

Clean- Beautiful-Conveniently close to major events. Could walk or Uber.

While rooms are nice & clean, rooms too close- loud - could hear neighbors & doors slamming. Parking - $60 if you valet plus $25 destination fee so be ready to pay more than expected.
