I was greeted at the front desk by Campbell. She was helpful and very polite. I had had a disastrous flight and overnight stay in Denver and was ready to just go back home. I arrived at your facility and it was so comfortable that I was grateful to be there. I enjoyed my brief day and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

I went to take a sauna before my flight, but the sauna didn’t open early enough. That’s a minor thing, but I would’ve liked to have taken an early morning whirlpool before getting it on the plane. It’s certainly not a dealbreaker.

Very nice condo, we’ll maintained and super clean. Loved coffee provided by the resort. Over all we had a great experience.

The king size bed is sagging in the middle so we were naturally rolling towards the middle. Not very comfortable. Towels in the kitchen don’t absorb water - very weird but we ended up not using it since it would just smear water on the plates and not dry them. Back left burner on the stove is not working Dishwasher utensils holder has broken plastic bottom so utensils just fall through to bottom of the dishwasher

Aubrey at front desk was great. He went out of his way to get us Gatorades when the refrigerator wasn't stocked properly. Chase Carlson was condescending, say in the office when people were at the front desk needing help and tea/coffee service was missing 2 of the morning because someone at the front desk didn't show up with a key to the supply area.

Location is great- ski right from the slopes to your room and walk downtown. Nicely decorated with TVs in every room. Fully functional kitchen. Spa-like bathrooms. Garage is nice!

Big black ants in every room. Back porch was useless. No propane for fire pit and completely covered in snow. No lighter anywhere for fire pit. Too many remotes and batteries out in one that you need.

The location was excellent since it was a brief walk to the gondolas to get to peaks 7 and 8. Also a brief 10-minute walk to Main Street to shops and restaurants. Also, the sleigh ride was terrific in the evening at sunset.

A daily activity report on what was happening either on the slopes or in town would have been helpful to plan the day better.

Super clean, very nice room, much more updated and current than some pictures make it seem.

Wanted to use the hot tub, needs to be open later, after dinner it was too late to use the pool or hot tub. Was charged to upgrade to room with shower which was very strange, I don’t think there are any rooms without showers so I think it was a scam.

The room was sooooo hot. I booked the room because advertised was a gorgeous view of the mountain. We actually had a view of the parking lot. It was false advertising that the picture I saw when booking online was a gorgeous view of the mountain.

Mountain Thunder Lodge is an absolutely beautiful ski resort in Breck. We happened to be passing through on a multi-stop trip around Colorado and got lucky with an empty resort (offseason). There were only a few other families staying in the resort so we had it to ourselves. I would go back there in peak season- it is a really nice resort. The town of Breckenridge is walkable from the hotel, or there's a free shuttle that will take you to town. There are ton's of cool shops and restaurants nearby. Try Piante Pizza and Unravel Coffee to name a couple.

We loved Mountain Thunder Lodge. We have stayed in the location twice due to convenience to the gondola and downtown.

There was a bit of confusion about our stay. We don't know what happened between booking on booking.com and the lodge in communication, but we look forward to clarification from the staff. By the way......the best staff that anyone can ask for.

Fantastic location and great apartments

Sofas needs deep cleaning. We all got bites and rashes while sitting on it. We never set on that again for rest of the stay.
