Clean and quick check in and staff are flexible

First off, the is a Motel 6. Not sure why the title in the hotel listings doesn't say that. There is a wide variation in the quality of Motel 6 properties and this is definitely one of the good ones. The best part of the stay was encountering truly nice staff at check-in. People really do make a difference and kindness counts for a lot. The person in charge, Chris?, was more than willing to be sure I had the right room to accommodate my needs, and a place right by my room to park (in addition to pointing out I could also use the handicap 'blue' space since I had a placard.) The location in Old Town Tustin is great. There are nearby places to eat and shop and Old Town has a nice feel to it. The enclosed layout of the property also creates a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. The room was very clean (has LVP flooring instead of carpet which is a great feature) and there are ample outlets and lights, along with a large TV and good air conditioning. Would definitely recommend to those who want something simple and less costly than fancy high-rise hotels in this part of Orange County.

There were a few MINOR repairs needed to the room I occupied. Though it is classified as accessible (which it definitely is overall), the toilet is too low to meet ADA standards. The upper showerhead holder was broken, and the deadbolt would not seat in the door jamb (probably a little out of alignment), but there is also an additional safety latch that can be deployed and prevents the door from opening.

Close to stores, food.

Very small property. People smoking outside all the time, or outside the room doors. Random people walking around. They charge you to get ice from the machine. One washer dryer on site, so small. Some rooms smelled of cigarettes and cleaning supplies. Electric outlets didn’t work in my room.

The properties pretty cool I definitely enjoyed the room. The Jacuzzi bathtub was amazing if I was staying longer I would definitely enjoy the fact that it’s a walk-in closet.

I didn’t like the fact that I ran across two bugs, not big bugs, but that mean the possibility of big bugs and I also didn’t like the fact that random crackheads were trying to talk to me

The staff is very inviting, and friendly. Most of them anyways. The location was perfect for my needs and commute…

The up keep, our shower was broken and just used cocking to old it together. Maintenance debris left in the sink, just overall sloppy up keep. The maids do bare minimum, nothing above and beyond.

the young lady who checked me in was perfect she was professional was in a good mood had a smile on her face and checked me in with no problems.

everything in the room was perfect I’m assuming because it is a brand new property but when I went to use the restroom a gigantic I think water bug I mean huge came from the shower and scared the crap out of me ( no pun intended) but after I got down off of the toilet I looked in the shower and the drain wasn’t finished being assembled so that is where the big came from and I’m assuming it was an oversight it tried to fix it myself cause I didn’t want any more visitors lol but bedsides that there was nothing wrong with the room

We liked the room overall, the location and the price, and especially the friendly and helpful staff

The toilet which had leak from the cistern which was fixed. The toilet kept partly using on its own including through the night. There was a cockroach but disappeared after the room was sprayed and the room daily cleaned.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. It is a great location with many good restaurants within walking distance.

We checked in late after 10 pm and were greeted by the most friendly staff. The motel was SO clean! It completed exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing we did not like.

Super clean and fresh. Nice functional new decor. Close to MANY restaurants, able to walk. And a great bakery too.
