As this was my first stay at this hotel it set a precedent for future stays. This staff is so accommodating and really make you feel like royalty. All the staff I interact are super sweet you have Yovana, Daniel, Zack, Jonathan just to name a few. They will make your stay feel like home. What's really nice they have a little store in the lobby for snacks and traveling essentials but if those prices don't work the hotel is super close to target, vons, Walmart ect. The bar inside the hotel and the bar, the arena, attached next door who does food till 10pm daily and they can bring it up to your room.

Paying for parking, but there is a lot of it. Paying $17 for express breakfast that isn't truly worth $17, it's more worth like $12.

I liked that you didn't clean the room every day. I always wonder if someone could slip in and steal something while our room is being cleaned - not by the staff, but by passers-by. We tried to be pretty tidy and not make huge mess, so this was a plus to me. It felt more private. Any staff that we happened to run into or pass by were always kind and friendly.

I didn't appreciate the parking fee. We rent the room, it makes sense that a parking space comes with that room. It's not like this is a secure parking lot, either. Anyone could have parked there and the staff wouldn't have known the difference as far as I could tell.

24 hour Check in is fast with nice lobby and seating area while waiting for Uber or others. Love the hot tub with the pool too. Express breakfast was good and efficient, thanks Alfonso and Kat! Business center is very handy, especially for printing. Great to have multiple elevators and two entrances into the hotel. And the work out room is excellent. El Taco, a 2 minute walk away on the same road is very handy.

No complaints, but my non-smoking room smelled smokey (but nose adapted). I suggested an ozonator to remove the odor. Some lime or lemon at the front desk complimentary water tower would be ideal. Parking could get pricey for longer stays.

The location is beautiful and very convenient to get to the 118. The property is very well kept and the views are gorgeous. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm staying here for all my visits to Simi Valley. There is a small fee to park your vehicle and not a deal breaker for me at all. That's on Booking.com for not displaying associated fees for the property more prominently.

I got what I expected which was a clean room and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. It is clean and comfortable. It met our needs.

They don’t tell you parking is 16.00 per night until you check in.. The room is only cleaned when you ask for it to be cleaned. If you choose not to have it cleaned daily, you have to go to the front desk for coffee, cups,etc. The towels were like the towels they used in high school. When you add parking, the rate is competitive for the area.

Got more sleep than at home. Staff was very helpful in moving us near the back door to parking lot. Have mobility issues so I called ahead and requested a room on the floor level. Front desk lady was more than happy to issue a better location on the floor level. Only problem was our TV channels stopped working. TV was fixed the next morning instead of moving us to another room. We where not moving. Will be reserving two nights in December for Christmas.

Beautiful clean tile shower. Water pressure was a little soft. Bed was vey comfortable but the bed sheets did not fit the mattress and kept popping off.

I loved the view and location, the lobby area was beautiful and very clean. Staff is amazing, very friendly, helpful and the property felt safe and secure. The beds are comfy, like the white bedding and shutters on the windows gave my room a cozy feeling.

My biggest complaint is that they charged me to park my car, despite the fact that the parking lot never filled up during my stay. Aside from that my only other criticism would be that the carpet and bathrooms are bit outdated. That doesn’t bother me much I was mostly irritated by the parking fee.

Clean with restaurant and room service readily available. Staff was quick to address my inquiries and gave me my home phone service as requested. I liked the pool and the bathtub

Plumbing was an issue. I went #2 and the toilet was unable to flush. Was late and didn’t want to wake anyone up so I had to leave it. I couldn’t get anyone up there for another day. I ended up resolving it myself with a trash can for a bucket and manipulating the tank gadgets. Also room was so far away from lobby. Had to go up and down 3-4 times to have needs met on a specific occasion.

I was pleasantly surprised on this hotel, it was pretty spacious inside the lobby which has a restaurant inside and next door the Arena restaurant/bar was nice which stayed open until about 1am. The front desk ASM Vincent was very kind and later Zack was also nice! The room size for the price couldve been a bit better but the bed was comfy. The room was clean, had mini refridge, microwave and sofa which was a plus.

I didnt like the decor of the room or again the size for the price.

plenty of pillows and different firmness to choose from. Plenty of light and the fridge and microwave both worked well. I liked having a north facing room it allowed for plenty of light without all the heat. View of the hill but at least it was green and i avoided the noise of the pool.

Toiletries were cheap. 2in1 shampoo conditioner, super thin bar soap that paired with the water left you feeling dry. The "Washcloths" Stole what soap you put on it so don't bother. Also there was a kids baseball tournament having a party in the pool so the sign that said SPA occupancy 6 was blatantly ignored by the 15 kids in there unattended by parents.
